Reviewing what the principal was talking about with Near on episode 145. So at that time they were talking about the power that Near had accidentally gained in the old building against Jarwo at that time.

Near wept as he lamented the sadness of his fear that he could not overcome. Suddenly he began to break his resolve after Ardi whispered something to him. It makes Near already upset and frustrated because he continues to run and sacrifice his friends one by one.
With that feeling Near was immediately determined to use his right hand whatever the risk would be. After being determined Near instantly stood up and fought with the old man.
Near actually could not follow the attack of the old man because he was so tired. But just as the old man was about to attack him, Near suddenly gained a glimpse of the future. It made him able to avoid the attack of the old man even though he was not strong to fight anymore.
Near did not think about it and continued to fight. After he fought, he was already in the hospital waiting for his parents to pick him up. As he was alone in the waiting room he began to wonder what vision had been. Suddenly the old clock spoke.
"Are you surprised "
After hearing that voice Near limply let out the clock because he already knew the familiar voice.
"That's one of my strengths. Although I can't see the distant future, but my strength can glimpse the time that will come a few minutes later. "
"Hmmm(smile), thank you "
"Eh, you don't usually like this" said the old clock, astonished by Near's change in attitude.
"I'm really grateful to you. If you are not there we will definitely lose " said Near shedding tears.

Why would the principal know about the power that Near had gained. And why he knew every problem faced by Near.
Because it turns out Granny Near is a high school principal friend. And Near's grandmother experienced the same incident by Near. Near's grandmother tells the principal what will happen to her grandson (Near) and is told to help him.
At first the headmaster did not believe it but when he saw for himself the incident he had been delivered by Grandma Near. He eventually believed and began to help Near as much as he could.

Near's grandmother told the principal that she did not usually tell anyone about this power except her family members. This power has been passed down until now to Near.
Near's mother did not get the power, only the offspring chosen by the watch could get her strength and her strength varied. But somehow the room could be opened and the watch had been worn by Near that night exactly as told by Near's grandmother. Seeing this, Near's mother finally believed this and regretted not being able to take care of him properly.
