Chapter 41. Invitation

"Who knows, maybe you're rethinking marrying me because there's another guy you're thinking of?" ask Aiden jealous.

Rosela's red lips smiled, then she kissed the man's lips with anxiety. His hands were around Aiden's neck.

"Why do you think that's a no-no? From then until now you're the only man I've thought of!"

"Are you serious?" aiden asked as he wrapped his hands around Rosela's body. The girl grew fatter and made Aiden even more fascinated. He likes women who are fuller than skinny women.

"I'm the one who should be asking you. I should be suspicious, are you really just thinking about me? It wasn't the princess of the kingdom of Lacos who proposed to you the other day or the daughter of Duke Esteban who was holding you in the hall at the time?" asked Rosela quipped her future husband. "You jealous?" aiden asked as he developed a faint smile on his lips. He looked at the girl full of love. The girl who was once his cousin's sister, but no blood ties.

"Why? Can't I be jealous?" rosela asked while smashing her lips with a lump.

"Can, very much can. Because if you're jealous, then that means you love me! But-don't until jealousy leads you to disbelief. Because I only love you, you have to believe that." Aiden made clear his status and feelings for Rosela. She does love Rosela, even longer than Rosela fell in love with her.

Aiden then let go of his embrace, then they sat facing each other. Aiden frowned, thinking there might be a problem with the wedding invitation.

"What's wrong? Is there a problem? Hasn't the invitation been sent?" aiden asked as he clasped Rosela's two soft hands.

"What is it?" aiden asked in astonishment as Rosela hung her words there.

"Only, I sent the invitation to Empress Rubiana." Rosela's reply suddenly made Aiden raise both eyebrows, he looked dislike.

"Why did you invite that woman? She was the demon king's consort? Why Rosela?" tanya Aiden did not understand Rosela's intention of sending an invitation there.

"Aiden, I want to make sure of something. That he's really someone I know or don't know" Rosela said.

"Who do you mean?"

"Selena."
