Axel hugged Sarah tightly, his tears spilling. He whispered a sentence full of love and comfort for his wife. After a while, Axel picked up a bottle of water Sarah had been drinking, and gave it to Sara using a pipette.
"Mas, the pain's coming again," Sarah groaned with a red face.
Axel nodded, his eyes already soaked by tears. He kissed Sarah's forehead giving strength.
"Strong yes, dear. Again, let our child also see the world like his other brother."
Sarah nodded weakly, trying to convince herself that she could give birth to the last baby in her stomach.
The pain became more intense, Sarah followed the aba midwife's aba as before, but this time it felt many times more pain until Sarah shed tears.
"Come, mother. A little more, his head was beginning to be seen," persuaded the midwife in an imploring tone, perhaps also because of pity for Sarah and the baby who had been in her stomach for too long.
Axel holds Sarah's hand, saying she can't give up. But Sarah shook her head quickly.
"No, Mas. My son deserves to live."
After that Sarah followed her straining instinct which came very strongly. His scream echoed along with the cry of the baby that came along with him.
"Alhamdulillah," cried the midwife who turned out to cry too.
The sound of the last baby crying suddenly stopped, the midwife swiftly cleaned the remaining amniotic fluid from the mouth and body in the baby. But the baby's body began to turn blue, the midwife asked the help of another nurse to take a breathing aid for the newborn.
After a while of trying, the material up to reverse the position of the baby and wipe his back swab. Finally the baby came back crying even though it was not so tight as the other two brothers. His body slowly flushed though not completely.
The midwife handed the baby over to the nurse, and she herself completed her duties on Sarah.
"I sew a little yes, Mother. In order to get better soon, the mother is very good, can give birth to three twins normally. Geez, it feels like a lifetime as a midwife, this time I got a patient with triplets that are normal," said the midwife while starting to carry out her duties to sew Sarah's birth canal which there is a tear.
Sarah bit her lips as she hissed as the needle began to pierce through the skin.
"Mom midwife, what's the one thing to do in sewing?" asked Axel ventured to ask because he could not bear to see his wife in pain for the last time.
The midwife smiled and nodded. "Yes, Sir. To speed up the healing process and so that no infection will occur later. Hold it, Mother. It's almost done."
After the midwife finished her task, she immediately cleaned Sarah's body, which was mostly exposed to blood, and changed her clothes with the patient's clothes.
"While you're in the care first, sir. Until his condition recovers, he can go home. Meanwhile, you can take care of his administration first so that the mother can be moved to the nursery."
Axel nodded and asked Sarah for permission to leave the room briefly at once to inform both her parents and also her in-laws of the birth of their grandchildren.
"Don't be long, Mom." Sarah answered softly, her face looking very exhausted.
Axel nodded. "Yes, darling for sure. Come out, just a minute. After it was done, go back again."
As expected, the grandparents were always willing to leave their jobs as important as it was to be able to meet their grandchildren immediately.
Axel turned around to go back to Sarah's place, but his eyes were pounded on a woman in a wide hijab who was crying in front of the administration counter.
"Sus, please take care of that grandma. I promise I'll come back later to pay the fee, please sus." the woman cupped her hands to her chest.
Her face could not be seen Axel from the side because it was blocked by the hijab. But Axel felt like he had heard his voice and felt very familiar as well.
"Sorry, Ma'am. Can't, if Mbak wants the grandmother to be treated as where her needs should be, Mbak must have paid the hospital fees. If not, I apologize if the hospital can't help either." The nurse said, the look on her face looked annoyed at the woman in front of her who had been continuously adoring.
"Is this the hospital's service to people who can't afford it?" cerca Axel who could not bear to marry into the nun's pongahan.
The sister turned her head and immediately wavered, because there was someone who caught her arrogant attitude just now.
"Ah, that's Sir. Hmm ... I .. I just ...."
"Do you have to ask first if the patient has a health insurance card or not, instead of directly asking for such a fee? How many patients have not been helped because of your attitude?" pressed Axel again, while the woman beside him seemed to stare at his astonishment.
The nurse lowered her head, and slowly nodded confirming Axel's words.
"Now you're asking if the patient has a health insurance card or not." Axel gave the order.
"Ba-good, sir. Mbaak, does that grandma have a health insurance card?" the question is softer than it was.
The woman beside Axel shook her head. "I'm sorry, I didn't know I was just helping to get that grandma here. He was beaten up by thugs in the market there."
Axel was surprised to hear it, and immediately turned his head to look at the woman beside him.
"Lho, Jeni? Is this really you, Jeni?" tanyakanya.
Jeni looked up and immediately looked down inside.
"I-yes, Sir. I'm sorry if ...."
"Ah, Jen sorry. It seems that I have not much time to hear your story first, we better set another time later to talk about the matter. Sarah just gave birth to our son, and I have to go with her. Oh yes, this is for the grandmother's medical expenses. I live first yes," said Axel after giving some money to the sister.
Jeni nodded and chose silence, as Axel's strapping back grew further away from her. His eyes had dewy back when he remembered Axel, but quickly in his seat and reminded himself that the past was no longer his.
"Mbak, sorry. This is more money," said the nurse thrust some red money into Jeni.
Jeni accepted it stunned.
"Where is the room of the father's wife?" tanyanya spontaneous.
