CHAPTER 69. Liona's anger
The car that Yosi was driving in had just entered the yard of the house when his phone rang.
"Just give it a try." Leora said when the car stopped, the woman opened her car door independently and came out carrying a bouquet of flowers.
"Thank you Madam." Yosi said before looking at his phone where Anggara's name was listed there.
"Yes sir." Yosi raised the incoming call.
"You exchanged positions with Dimas. Dimas is already on his way to replace you." Anggara's words from across the phone made Yosi stiffen in place.
Yosi was fixated on listening to the tone of the phone connection that had been disconnected.
In every mission on their job, whoever was replaced suddenly must have been because something had happened.
'It's true, right, my guess is right!' yosi said in his heart before opening the car door and going to meet Leora who was reading the script in front of the TV.
"Madam" he said, greeting Leora,
making the woman who was sitting on the sofa direct her attention to Yosi.
"I want to say goodbye. I just got word that I'm going to swap positions with one of my co-workers." Yosi said that made Leora surprised.
"Why? Did something happen?" Ask Leora.
"No, it's just the usual rolling done." Answer Yosi.
"Ahh, then I won't stand in your way." Leora answered Yosi by bowing to Leora before she left Leora.
Leora looked at the man's departure, inexplicably feeling awkward about Yosi's sudden departure.
But he did not think about it any further and refocused on the script.
After 30 minutes of immersion in the script, a bodyguard dressed as a bodyguard came back to Leora.
"Are you the bodyguard who replaced Yosi?" Ask Leora directly.
"Come with Yosi and ask him what my bodyguards should do." Said Leora paying attention to Dimas's very formal attire.
"Good Mistress." Dimas replied, and the man left Leora.
Leora sighed and again grabbed the script, she was just about to read as her phone rang.
Call from a fake Leora.
"Hello?" Replied Leora with a lazy voice.
"What are you doing?! Didn't I tell you to back out of the audition? Why did you keep auditioning?!" Ask the woman across the phone.
"I just thought you told me not to take the lead role, but to take the escort role.
I auditioned for the role of escort." Leora replied casually.
"You!! Don't lie to me! You must have known that this audition was held only for the main cast, since the escort role was already determined from the beginning!
All companion roles are given to the actress, not to the model!" Liona said with a voice held back for fear of someone hearing her talk.
"Ahh, you should have known that I was in a small agency that was too difficult to get information.
You also know that my status is now as a rookie model, so too much information is withheld by the agency for me!" Leora said with a smile enjoying their conversation.
"You!! Just be careful if you dare to lie!
Remember, if I don't get the lead role, I'll break up Luna and Dad's relationship!" Again said Liona followed by a broken phone connection.
"Huh, she's very childish. Of course he'll get his role. But, it might be a little difficult.
Also, she might get some scorn from other models." Leora smiled smugly tossing her phone then refocused on the script.
