CHAPTER 79. News from Meta
After a long day outdoors, Leora returns home and is shocked to find the house empty without Aunt Kira welcoming her home.
"Where's Aunt Kira?" Leora asked one of the house guards.
The guards were told to keep a secret about Aunt Kira lying in the hospital.
So they had no choice but to make up a story.
"He asked permission to visit his son in the hospital." Said the guard.
Leora did not say anything but she became anxious at the thought of Aunt Kira alone taking care of her son in the hospital.
Leora immediately turned to look at Yosi.
"We're out." He said he was back in the car.
They'll be in the hospital soon.
Leora already knew where Aunt Kira's nursery was, so they went to check.
In the 5 x 5 room, there was only one woman lying on the patient bed.
There's no sign of Auntie there.
"Sorry, Miss looking for who?" Ask one of the sisters who wants to do a routine checkup.
"Sorry Sus, I want to meet the patient's parents in this room." Leora's words caused the sisters some confusion.
"I'm sorry, it's been 1 week since this patient's parents never came here." Suter.
"Aah, okay. Thank you, Sus." Leora replied before parting ways with the sisters.
'If Auntie doesn't think she's here, then where does she go?' Leora Mumbles.
"Mrs, I'm here." Suddenly Yosi said as she felt herself being ignored.
"Ahh, I forgot. Please find out where Aunt Kira is. She can't possibly lie about visiting her son, I'm afraid if anything happens to her." Said Leora worriedly.
"Good Mistress. Please wait here for a minute." Yosi said before leaving Leora.
After 15 minutes, Yosi returns to meet Leora.
"How's it?" Ask Leora.
"He, Aunt Kira is being treated in the internal medicine department." Yosi.
"Leora?" Gina was very surprised when Leora and Yosi suddenly came.
"How's Aunt Kira doing?" Leora asked anxiously looking at Aunt Kira who was lying weakly on the bed.
"Aunt Kira is fine. Just need to rest for a while. Tomorrow morning, Aunt Kira can go home." Gina's words made Leora relieved.
"It seems to be my fault for being too troublesome for Aunt Kira during her stay at home. It's so soybean." Leora felt guilty.
"Don't blame yourself." Gina patted Leora on the shoulder.
"I'll stay here looking after Aunt Kira. You can go home and rest." Leora decided.
"alright. Then I'll go now." Gina said and they separated.
'Master can go berserk if Madam is not home.' Yosi muttered worriedly.
Leora decides to contact Angkasa and tells him that she will be staying at the hospital.
But he just took his phone from inside the bag when his phone suddenly rang.
A call from the Meta Manager.
"Hello," he answered the call.
"Leora, congratulations!!! You were chosen as the ambassador of WO. Director Salios just called me!" Said Meta Manager from across the phone in a happy voice.
Leora massaged her forehead because she did not expect Salios to be so persistent in getting cooperation with her.
"Uh, Meta Manager, this thing, I'll think about it first. Because I auditioned for a companion model."
