The mortician and his doctor must be panicking right now. The current assumption is that both bodies were stolen along with Gaia's disappearance. As professional officers, they certainly will not take this idle triviality.
By keeping it a secret from the hospital, they hoped that they could solve it themselves.

While tidying up her bag sling, Yoki turned around and immediately walked into the bus. Gaia followed behind Yoki, until she stopped to sit beside Yoki.
The atmosphere in the bus was quite crowded, they took a seat in front. While the three rows behind them, could be clearly seen the seat that Aiha occupied.
