"What case are you working on?" Bram asked without giving Parikus a chance to think or dodge.

Bram had seen the shadow outside his room through the window crey. There were several officers moving closer to his study. Seeing that, Bram became alert. He dazed to know the meaning of the movement outside. Whether they're going to rush in, or just want to know what's going on in his room.
