In the morning Jojo, mother and mother Milah had alternately knocked on Kevin and Ry's bedroom door to wake them but they did not wake up either. They are still asleep under the covers with Ry hugging Kevin's body like a pillow roll.

Ry fell silent while thinking to answer the biker's question. Ry looked towards the circular watch on his left wrist.
