After Girou and his friends go to see General Carl. They returned to the contract with relief and pleasure because their plan was supported by the West German military. They also thanked Allan for helping Girou and his friends when they met with General Carl. They also tell Felix about meeting with General Carl.

 “Good day, Mr. Felix”, Sapa Girou.

“What's up, Girou?”, Felix replied.

“Finally we have the support of the West German military, Mr Felix!”, Tell Girou with passion to Felix.

“Wah, how can the military side with us, Girou?”, Felix asked.

Girou tells Felix about his meeting with General Carl with Wilhiemma, Yamazaki, and Allan. Felix was happy because if the military sided with them then the unification of Germany would not be impossible anymore. After that, then, Felix told him that his East German friends who would influence the East Germans said that the East Germans were still difficult to influence and that Felix's East German friends were still difficult to contact. They probably already know about Felix's plan. Girou and his friends are a little uneasy to hear the news, as they are currently relying on a friend's connection from Felix, but Felix gives advice to Girou and his friends if Felix does not manage to contact his friend, that is by asking General Carl for help to negotiate West Germany and East Germany. Girou agrees with Wilyemma, and Yamazaki agrees with Felix's idea.

After arriving at Girou's house, contacting his father in Japan to inform him of his and his friends' circumstances, Girou told him about himself being given help from a West German Military Leader. His father was happy to hear the news and advised Girou to be more serious and careful

in his mission because Girou and his friends have been in contact with the military, because his father had experienced problems with the military while undergoing his mission first. Girou accepted his father's advice.

A week later, Girou tries to contact General Carl about the advice given by Felix, that is to ask General Carl to negotiate with the East German side regarding the plan of unification of Germany because the connection of friends Felix still can not be contacted. Upon hearing Girou's request, General Carl told Girou that the military side of the two countries was in a state of chaos and was not doing well, but General Carl will do his best to negotiate with East Germany. Girou thanked General Carl for his help. After contacting General Carl, Girou tried to contact Allan to inquire about information about the party that would complicate the German unification plan.

“Halo, Allan”, Sapa Girou.

Girou and his friends were greeted by all the invited guests in the room. After all the guests gathered, Allan immediately opened the meeting. After the opening, Allan immediately explained about the party to be fought by the Military, Girou, and his friends.

“Possibly the party we refer to as ‘Lick’ is in West Germany and East Germany, from the information obtained they call themselves by the name ‘The Silhoutte’ or means black shadow. According to the information obtained, they have a leader named ‘Frankenstein’ .They are almost spread all over the world. And they are spread throughout the parliamentary organizations of West Germany and East Germany, and it is likely that one of their members becomes the top military officer in West Germany”

Hearing this, General Carl was very surprised because one of his subordinates came from the organization “The Silhoutte”.

“That information, Allan?”, Ask Carl.

“Ok for that matter later, I want to ask Allan, have you got information where ‘Frankenstein’ is located?”, Ask Carl.

“Oh, yes already then. What do you think about the Silhoutte Group?” Ask Carl to Girou.

“It is likely that I will fight Silhoutte later, maybe my friends will also fight Silhoutte and Frankenstein, no matter how”, Girou replied with enthusiasm.

After the meeting was over, Girou, Wilhiemma, Yamazaki, Allan, and General Carl went to visit Felix's home in Hamburg to discuss the German plan for reunification. The distance from Bonn to Hamburg is about 1500 Km and takes about 15 hours to travel and they stay in Bremen

because they decided to continue the trip to Hamburg tomorrow morning. The next day they left and came to Felix's house at about half-eight in the morning. Upon arriving, they are greeted warmly by Felix and his wife. They were treated to food because Felix knew they were not

breakfast, they also greedily ate the breakfast given by Felix. After they were full of food, they immediately discussed the German Reuphinication.

“Good morning ,Mr Felix, introduce me Carl, Military General of West Germany”, Carl introduce himself first.

erst. Tomorrow morning, Carl, Allan, Girou, and his friends tell Felix and his wife to return to Bonn City. They arrived in Bonn at night. Carl also queues Allan, Girou, and his friends back to his house because it is in line with Carl's house. Girou, Wilhiemma, and Yamazaki thank Carl for dropping him off.

1 Month later, Allan calls Girou and asks him to go to his office, because Carl wants to have a meeting with Girou and his friends. Girou agrees, and Girou invites Wilhiemma and Yamazaki to meet Carl. Girou and his friends set out to meet Carl and Allan at his Military Office. After traveling for about an hour, they arrived at the West German Military Office where they met. They were directed by the guards to the meeting room. They arrived at his room, in the room already there Carl, Allan, and the military officials. Carl welcomes Girou and his friends. After Girou, Wilhiemma, and Yamazaki arrived, the meeting started immediately.

At this meeting, we will discuss the plans that have been discussed with General Carl, Girou, and his friends when we go to Hamburg to meet our former Informant who is still active. The plan is to negotiate with the parties

All the participants of the meeting disbanded. Girou, Wilhiemma, and Yamazaki are eagerly awaiting an adventure to East Germany for negotiations on German reunification. Girou and his friends return home to prepare for East Germany next week.
