Mas Gun has a spellcaster to open a small portal and take the demons from his dimension to the human world. To do such a great job Mas Gun had to gather the extra mana magic within him.
A few days ago he and his paranormal friend spent all their energy to make a fast path to open the portal, as a result of which the pressure in the body due to the use of energy that crossed the line slightly damaged the harmony of his body.
If that's the case, regret is useless. Facing Pandji's father is now realized by Mas Gun as an act of taking lives, but running is clearly impossible. First, the young man in front of him could definitely catch up to him. Second, Mas Gun could not bear to leave Dirga in the power of Nergal.
His escape will surely make Nergal angry. The demon prince had no compassion for her and taking Dirga's life for Nergal was as easy as pulling one hair from the headscarf. Gun is in a dilemma.
Reading Mas Gun's mind makes Pandji's father feel pity. He was also a father, and no father would be so willing to sacrifice his son. If he can choose, Mas Gun wants to exchange his life for Dirga's safety.
"What's up, Old Man? Your fighting spirit has declined sharply, do you not want to avenge the death of Youara and all the paranormal friends who have gone first to the afterlife?" Pandji's father raised one eyebrow while crossing the trident in front of the chest.
"I really wanted to do it, but killing you and the child with two swords was not easy for me. I admit defeat and I want to make a deal with you!" Mas Gun lowers the ego to the bottom.
"I have no interest in cooperating with human devotees of the devil," Pandji's father said quickly.
Mas Gun gazed towards the fight of Pandji and Dirga for a moment then spoke with stern intonation. "I am willing to be your family's slave for life as long as the young man who was fighting with Nergal did not injure my son's body. Don't let your son kill an innocent young man, Dirga doesn't know about the darkness of this world, he's a straight young man!"
"Your money is only an inch away, Old Man! How could you possibly work for me with that old-fashioned power? After all I couldn't possibly harm my family by keeping the enemy in a blanket like you. I don't believe your bullshit at all!"
Pandji's father snorted in annoyance. Mas Gun does love Dirga, but there is no sincerity when he says he wants to serve him, still full of short-sighted and cynical thoughts.
Mas Gun's face flushed red, never before had he been insulted by someone much younger than him. The rejection of Pandji's father made his entire body tremble then a streak of deep green waves came out from the end of Mas Gun's keris, swerving like a snake and grabbing Pandji's father like lightning.
Pandji's father did not dodge, but allowed himself to be swept away by a sizable shockwave. His protective wall instantly shattered, and the effects of his tremors violently entered into the bloodstream. The young man remained standing upright with a faint smile despite his hot rumbling chest.
"You …!" yell Mas Gun growled. The dome of Pandji's father's body protection indeed collapsed, but the power released by Mas Gun did not injure the skin let alone to cause internal injuries to his enemies. Mas Gun felt it was futile to use his last move.
"You're running out of energy and time, Old Man!" Pandji's father grinned seriously.
Not saying Pandji's father, Mas Gun fought brutally. His inner power was pumped to its maximum limit and his blend of empty-handed attacks and dagger roared violently.
Several times Mas Gun was able to touch Pandji's father's body, but only made minor injuries that could still be withheld. Pandji's father was still agile while Mas Gun began to weaken until finally the difference in strength was so noticeable.
Pandji's father was just about to make a long cross-cut to end the fight when Mas Gun's dagger plunged first into his stomach. Mas Gun ends his own life before Pandji's father's trident touches his body.
Fresh blood shot out from Mas Gun's stomach and mouth, his body staggering and shortly falling in a kneeling position. "Save Dirga! Promise this dying man, Alaric son of Dinara! Brother ... don't let Pandji take my son's life! I've …."
Mas Gun sentence hanging along with the collapse of the body to the ground, his life was released after leaving his son who did not know anything to his family away.
Pandji's father choked for a moment then rubbed the sweat that soaked the face. The young man approached Mas Gun's body and pulled out the keris that was still stuck in his stomach, grasped it tightly and then looked at the soulless body in front of him.
"I didn't promise, but I'll try to make your son safe!" answer Pandji's father in a flat murmur.
