Mika looked at Pandji for a while before asking, "Asih Jati?"
Pandji shrugged his shoulders indifferently, not answering or explaining anything. One thing that made the three friends stare curiously.
“Who is Asih Jati, Friend?” ask Aswanta to know first.
Mahesa turned her head towards Mika, "What is this woman that is sometimes seen behind your sister?"
"Maybe he's some kind of immortal magician who's been running from generation to generation" Tirta said.
"I'm waiting in front, don't take long!" Pandji scratched his head, the corner of his lips twitching feeling his friends had more curiosity than he expected, especially Tirta who always commented differently because her gaze towards the problem was always a little strange.
Mika rushed into the house, while the remaining three young men took a towel from Atika's hand with crazy smiles.
Pandji does not crush his friends who are busy looking for Atika's attention, he walks with complicated thoughts to the front pendopo.
The familiar body silhouette of Pandji was also sitting there closing his eyes, his voice greeting as Pandji took the closest seat to the park, "How are your friends training?"
"As expected and they are also decent .. ehm we will be heading south in a moment! Are you coming?" pandji asked as he tightened the sword belt hanging on his shoulder.
Pandji's father shook his head heavily and opened his eyes, "Hm .. Be careful, don't make the slightest mistake there! Mas Pandji taukan .. The body and the magic book you have on you is one package."
"It's still three nights from now, Dad!"
"Yes, right on the night of the full moon." Pandji's father looked at the dim moon and asked softly, "What did Mas Pandji feel after seeing the kluwung earlier?"
Pandji did not answer directly, but also saw the dim moon in space.
Covering her up and down guts, Pandji replied in a depressed tone. "Pandji doesn't know, Dad! But something makes Pandji sometimes feel a little .. afraid."
"That's natural, meaning Mas Pandji is still human" Pandji's father said trying to understand the state of his son's soul. "But, Mas Pandji should remain optimistic. The life and death of a person has been outlined …."
"Since the time of Azali," Pandji connected his father's sentence with a faint smile. "Thank you, Dad! Pandji's leaving now, those friends are all set."
"What else, Mom?" ask Ayahanda Pandji when she sees her son is worried.
"Not yet, but Ayahanda's getting some sort of .. whisper!"
Pandji nodded then kissed his father's hand, followed by Mika and her friends. They walked to the car in silence.
The laughter that had always been there disappeared in an instant, all serious-faced and trying to dispel the fear and pressure.
Mika sat behind the wheel quietly, not showing any doubt at all even though their goal of leaving was the battlefield.
"Actually I'm not ready to die young" said Tirta silly. "But I'm sure Master will save my soul if my body is taken over by that ugly creature."
Pandji laughed out loud, deliberately erasing the tension of his friends sitting restlessly in the car, "We will all protect each other, no one will die there!"
"If death .. it is not a waste, you will be remembered as unsung heroes, '" said Mika flatly.
"Are we teachers?" chirps Mahesa laughed blandly.
Entering the Parangtritis road that began to quiet make Pandji's team back silent. Their eyes and hearing sharpened, trying to sense the existence of other beings who might be around.
The closer to the shore the stronger the dark aura they felt. Mika slowed down the speed of the car, giving a warning to all the young men who were passengers. "We'd better get ready, I see the black fog hanging out in front."
No one said, silent for a moment.
BRAK!!!
Something hit the car hard to cause a great shock. Mika slams the steering wheel to the left and steps on the brakes as fast as she can. The car stopped right out in the open, away from the residential area.
“Down all!” mika shouted in panic.
Pandji was the first to descend and set foot on the ground, yet his body reached equilibrium.
"Mirror …!" jerit Mika approached. His hand grabbed the two daggers hanging at his waist and unsheathed towards the strange beast that pierced through the night undetected by him.
