Devin Aditya Pratama is the leader of Pratama Group. Companies engaged in property. The Pratama Group business is almost similar to the Permata Gallery business. Only, the business scale of Pratama Group is much wider than Permata Gallery.

Actually, Adriana's ability and talent is very qualified to be able to work under the auspices of the Devin company. However, Adriana does not want to work in a company with her husband. Adriana prefers to channel her passion in the Gem Gallery, long before Adriana married Devin.

Devin is currently busy in the workspace, checking some documents, and studying the meeting materials he will attend with investors. Although busy, occasionally the inner Devin remembered Adriana's condition. Devin is worried about his wife's condition which forces him to keep going to the office.

Recalling the courtship period, Devin's mind suddenly remembered the events in the past that made Devin always haunted by guilt.

The flashback

Devin's cheeks were still hot from a slap from his own father's hand. Hans is Devin's father. The figure of the father who was very respectful Devin, now with the heart to slap Devin.

Hans was powerless to hold back the anger of his son when he heard that Devin had impregnated his lover out of wedlock.

Deep down Devin thought that if Devin managed to impregnate Jesika, Hans' heart would be soft. But the truth is not. Hans instead asked Jesika to abort his womb.

"Evacate the contents of the Jesi!" pinta Hans to Devin with a tight jaw, a sign of anger ready to burst.

"Did you hate that much for our love?" devin asked who was beginning to be sad about Hans' attitude. While Hans just squinted his gaze at Devin. The middle-aged man was still unwilling to give his blessing to Devin with Jesika.

If Jesi had been there, maybe Hans had dragged her to the doctor, then forced Jesi to have an abortion.

"Open your eyes Devin! Pratama Group almost went bankrupt because of the work of Jesi's father." Hans told Devin. Hans hopes Devin understands Hans's reasons for not agreeing with his relationship with Jesi.

Devin just bowed before Hans. Devin's mind glazed over, he was powerless if he had to leave Jesi who was pregnant young. Surely Jesi desperately needs Devin's presence.

Since long ago, Devin's courtship style with Jesi was indeed too free. Now their actions are paying off, and that makes Hans even more angry at Devin.

There was a knock on the door from Devin's room.

"Mister" turned out to be Lina who came into Devin's room.

"I just want to inform you that the meeting schedule is delayed by two. Mr. Willy stuck in traffic sir." said Lina who immediately gave information Devin meeting schedule.

"Alright Lin. Just prepare all the materials and some supporting documents needed for the meeting." said Devin with a slightly disappointed face when he heard the arrival of his business partner a little late.

Lina is Devin's reliable secretary, the woman is already very familiar with Devin's orders. Then Lina returns to her desk, leaving Devin alone.

Adriana seems busy struggling with computers and design. This month feels very heavy for Adriana who is flooded with Permata Gallery clients. Many clients entrust some of their company designs to Permata Gallery. Adriana forgot to fill her stomach. Lunch time is over.

"Adriana, don't you eat?" ask Selly, one of the co-workers closest to Adriana. Perhaps because their table positions are separated by only one cubicle skate, making them feel closer to each other emotionally.

"Last-lately I often nauseous Sell, make appetite disappear." complained Adriana who is still at her work desk. Initially Selly chatted separately in each cubicle. However, now Selly immediately came to the table Adriana.

"Are you pregnant?" selly asked while rubbing Adriana's flat stomach.

"Gue also thinks so Sell. But, I'm afraid." There's a little fear from Adriana's facial features.

"Fear why?" Selly immediately cut out the words of Adriana who still wanted to convey something to Selly.

"Don't know Sell, suddenly I feel afraid of pregnancy" said Adriana with a bright look.

As Adriana thought, Adriana was afraid of losing her career at the Jewel Gallery. Adriana still remembers Devin's wish to declare that Adriana is pregnant, Devin only wants Adriana to stop working if Adriana already has children.

Devin only thought when they had been blessed with children, Adriana was enough to be a full housewife at home.

Adriana is only afraid that Devin will stop her dreams and passion to remain a construction designer at the Permata Gallery. Tired of the fear of his talent that can not be channeled anymore when Adriana has had a child.
