Second Fate Adriana
First meeting

Adriana said the goal was to go to Hans' office to a beautiful receptionist at the Pratama Group office. Maybe the receptionist was very young, about twenty-three years old. Much younger than Adriana.

"Sorry Mom, Mr. Hans is currently meeting outside. But, he had advised Adriana's mother to see Mr. Devin only." said the receptionist conveyed Hans' message to Adriana.

For a moment in Adriana's heart wondering who is Mr Devin? Surely he is not just anyone in the company Pratama Group.

"Sir Devin is the son of Mr. Hans Bu. He will represent Mr. Hans to meet with Ms. Adriana. I can meet Mr. Devin in his room." The beautiful receptionist seemed to know the contents of Adriana's mind asking who Devin was.

"But Mr Devin's room where is Mba?" ask the confused Adriana to meet Devin.

"Devin's room on the seventh floor, ma'am. There will be a desk secretary Mr. Devin there, his name is Lina's mother. I can ask Lina's mother for help to meet Devin sir." it seems that the information provided by the receptionist was enough Adriana understood.

"Okay Mba, thank you" said Adriana conveyed her gratitude accompanied by a sweet smile typical of Adriana.

After saying thank you Adriana immediately stepped towards the elevator, then pressed the number seven button next to the elevator door. Shortly after the clanging of the elevator rang, Adriana immediately looked for Devin's room.

"For Mr. Devin, there are guests from Permata Gallery who want to meet with Mr." said Lina after successfully opening the door of Devin's room. The black-haired, straight-shoulder secretary begged her boss for permission before Adriana walked into Devin's room.

"Get Lin in." asked Devin, giving permission to his guests.

Adriana stepped her feet in fear, she was a little insecure. Adriana doesn't usually feel nervous like this. Adriana's level of maturity regarding work is no doubt. Only, Adriana is not a typical person who easily gets used to new people.

"Good morning Mr. Devin." Adriana tries to greet the son of the owner of Pratama Group as her footsteps begin to enter Devin's room.

Hearing Adriana's voice entering the room, Devin got up from his seat, then took his eyes off the laptop monitor. Devin tried to stare at the figure of Adriana who was very proud of Hans. According to Hans, Adriana is a reliable designer with above-average design skills that can not be doubted.

Hans had advised Devin to take his place when he met with Adriana for the discussion of Pratama Group's project.

Devin momentarily surprised when he saw a female figure with a proportional body wrapped in an old mocca color hijab. Adriana wore a white bone blazer, a black dress skirt, and a mocca-colored stileto. Same with the hijab Adriana was wearing.

Devin was a little nervous. The man felt awkward to look at Adriana. Devin has never met a hijab woman in his work environment. Almost all of the female employees in the Pratama Group offices are not wearing hijabs.

Devin initially thought that Adriana's name called Hans was a man. Apparently, Devin's guess was wrong. Adriana is a beautiful and graceful woman whom Devin has never met before.

Damnit damnit! Why didn't you tell me Adriana was a girl?

Devin's cry in his heart. Deep down Devin's heart, there were many strong protests against Hans.

"Sorry Mr. Devin if my arrival interferes a little with your activities. Introduce Adriana Larasati from Permata Gallery." said Adriana introduced herself by thrusting her right hand in front of Devin.

Devin's mouth was still open in disbelief that a beautiful hijab-wearing woman had come into his study. Both Devin's eyeballs enjoy the charm Adriana has.

Devin's heart pounded erratically. Previously Devin never felt the meeting with women who had a full level of confidence behind closed clothes with hijab.

Devin's point of view may be too conservative for a hijab woman. Naturally, if Devin thought so. Devin has been living in an environment that is no less than beautiful and sexy women.

"I'm here to meet Mr. Hans Pratama. But, the receptionist said that Mr. Hans was meeting outside. So, I was told to meet Mr. Devin" Adriana explained her arrival in Devin's room.

"Yes right. My father told me about the hotel project." said Devin who already knew the meaning of Adriana's arrival.

Adriana smiled with relief at Devin's confession. Mr. Hans is indeed a fairly committed person in Adriana's eyes. Although Hans was unable to meet Adriana directly, at least Hans had entrusted his promise with Adriana to Devin.

The contents of Hans' message teased his son with another intent. In fact, Devin's relationship with Hans was not this close. Especially when Devin is still in a relationship with Jesi, they are like enemies in the family. But, this time Hans felt greatly appreciated by Devin. Adriana is very detailed in explaining the design of the hotel project to Devin. Devin will be working with Hans in the near future. It definitely involves a design sketch created by Adriana.
