In the living room of Ars' house.

Ars and Hashirama sat face to face, nobody started the conversation and the atmosphere was tense.

Ars is not as optimistic as Hashirama about Hiruzen.

Bijuu is considered a nuclear weapon in the modern world. Now that they had lost the weapons of war, it extinguished their ambitions for a while.

20 Years is enough time to develop the village and train the talents of many Shinobi.
