Chapter 20: The Mysterious Woman (1/2)

After feeling the less pleasant sting of the sunlight, I then slowly began to open my eyes, where the scene I first saw was a vast blue sky.

After the RGB light around the woman's body faded, she then started to turn her head and smile at me, before she walked back to her seat, to sit back there.
Out of curiosity, so I accidentally just asked him something.

"Before that, why did you call me 'Darling'?" I immediately asked him in a very serious tone, right after he sat down in his chair.
After hearing that, I could see Niji who instantly became very shocked, before he retorted back.
"What are you talking about, Darling? Wasn't the previous kiss a marriage contract?" This woman said that horrible thing casually, while looking at me in astonishment.
Of course, I who heard this immediately stood up and looked at him with a serious and suspicious mixture.
"A-wh-what do you mean by this marriage contract!?" I couldn't help but tone my voice up, because it was so outrageous, if only it was a joke.
However, in such a relaxed manner, this woman in front of me gave me a very terrible reality, while smiling very gently at me.
"That's the way the Dragons marry someone know, Darling~"

Just like that, my head instantly became empty, before darkness immediately filled my entire vision.

"Ehhh!? Darling!! Are you all right!? Darling!! Darling!! Answer!!" Niji just got up from his chair and immediately ran towards Souji, who seemed to be fainting.
The teenage boy did not faint because of what Niji said, or something else, but he fainted due to the terrible mental pressure, from the meaning behind the words from Niji.
