Shattered

Shattered
Chapters 2.

Muaz stopped at a small, uninhabited house. Without a second thought, he entered an unlocked house. He looked tired and needed shelter. He had no money after he got out of prison.

Muaz entered the house full of dust and dirty. It cleans up a little bit of stuff that blocks its way. He also wagged a little of the shabby sofa as his resting place tonight. When he finished, he immediately laid himself on the sofa.

Hours of lying down does not make the eyes closed to sleep. He continued to look for a comfortable position but still could not sleep. Muaz sighed softly out of the house, accidentally his eyes looking at the mango tree. Feeling hungry Muaz climbed the tree while picking up a few mango chips. After that he immediately peeled by biting the mango. Her tears rolled down her cheeks while enjoying the mango. On a cold night, eat mangoes quickly. His feelings were now chaotic sad, afraid, claustrophobic mixed into one. His past still gnawed at him, the more he wanted to forget the more he felt.

Five years in prison was not easy for Muaz, often subject to torture and torture from other inmates. Muaz who was fed up he trained himself to become stronger until no one dared to struggle against him. Muaz became a cold man and was feared by other inmates. Even the inmate who used to torture him is now his slave during his imprisonment.

After being satisfied to mourn him, he went straight into the house and fell asleep on the shabby sofa.

While on the other hand, the girl who had just returned home from work had to take a heavy breath staring at her luxurious home.

"Good night, miss," said Tina—assisten Hazel's house.

"Please make me some tea, Tin," cried Hazel directly walking up the stairs. "Where are my parents, Tin?" tanyanya stopped being held up.

"Not come home non, it looks like they are overtime" said Hana slowly. Hazel just nodded her head straight to her room.

Hazel immediately laid herself on the bed while looking up at the sky of her room. Remembering the file Hazel got up from her sleep walking towards the bathroom to clean herself up and open the file on the bed.

He opened one by one the photos of the evidence, then he put it on the wall of his room. After all the photos he attached, he saw one by one the photos. Fifty photos that are strong evidence of the suspect sentenced to prison.

"All of these photos are powerfully pointed at the perpetrator, but there is something strange" he murmured while thinking of looking at all the photos.

Tok.dok.

Hazel immediately glanced at the door, "Come in."

"Sorry non, this is the tea" said Tina directly put Hazel's tea on the nightstand.

"Thank you Tina" said Hazel.

"Sama-sama non, I'm sorry." said Tina directly closing the door to Hazel's room. Hazel refocused her eyes on the photos. Then glance at the scenario of the case that he had marked earlier in his office.

"Muaz Edmon Bark, at the age of twenty-two killed his parents, ckckck geez...means now he's twenty-seven isn't he?" mumbling again.

"Why did he do that? If it wasn't economic, it would be personal" Hazel murmured while sticking her sticky note next to the photos. A wide smile on her beautiful face that is increasingly attractive with the case of Muaz.

"Wow the more interesting it is, if you want to finish the puzzle of this case, I have to meet the culprit!" his determination was spirited but the smile faded when he heard the commotion from outside his room. Hazel knew her parents had just come home. Hazel walked towards the door slightly opening the door while peeking at the two parents arguing in front of their room.

"But, how is it that our stock is down twenty percent!" gerutu Tresya—Minya Hazel.

"Jeez mami, did Papi dah said earlier Papi later find a solution," explained Evran—Papinya Hazel.

"Gosh, they're a matter of exorbitant money!" gerutu Hazel stared at the door of her parents' tightly closed room.

Hazel is the only child of a married couple who is busy putting their job before their own. From childhood Hazel always tried to get the attention of her parents, but her parents did not care at all. After years of Hazel seeking the attention of her parents by winning several races, even graduating at a top university is not once glimpsed by them. Until finally he did not care anymore to get their attention, he was now focused on making himself happy.

Hazel is determined to make money purely from her own sweat, without the intervention of her parents. He secretly worked side by side while in college. After collecting his savings, he also secretly bought an apartment in case something happened to him.

"Huft, Muaz's case is more interesting than mine." he went back into his room. He immediately threw himself and fell asleep.

The next morning Hazel immediately prepares to find Muaz's whereabouts which she believes the man's sentence is over. By wearing a blue shirt combined with jeans do not forget to wear white sneakers. Hazel immediately pinched one of her hair looking in the mirror.

"Perfect." Proudly staring at himself in the mirror. Hazel went straight out of her room and down the stairs. He could see his parents sitting at the dinner table holding their phones. Hazel sat down at her place and took a few spoonfuls of fried rice into her plate.

Hazel's family has been eating while holding their cell phones, except for Hazel.

"Mi, Pi Hazel left first." said Hazel, only to be called both. Hazel walked out of the house into the trunk of her house.

"Good morning, miss, can I help you?" ask Emin—personal driver Hazel's parents.

"Good morning sir. Nothing, I want to go out" Hazel said to her car.

"Well Non, then excuse me." said Emin, Hazel nodded slowly and then got into his car.

Hazel's first goal is to get to the police station where Muaz is imprisoned. Hazel asks Muaz for whereabouts after being released from prison. After receiving the information, Hazel immediately drove her car to Muaz's residence.

Once there, he grumbled to find no one in the mansion.

Cih, where is he?? Gerrutu Hazel looked around the complex that looked deserted. Hazel believes the residents there are on the move all after this big house incident. Hazel gets in her car, luck siding with her. He saw the tall, white man walking toward the house Hazel had seen. That man was none other than Muaz himself.

Muaz walked blankly to his house, which was still surrounded by police lines. Muaz could clearly see the memories still lingering in his memory.

Is he really a murderer? Hazel asked in disbelief at the look on Muaz' face. A face that stared blankly at the mansion. Hazel, curious, decides to follow Muaz all day before meeting him in person.

Hazel parks her car and follows Muaz. Wearing a black jacket and mask, he walked around to Muaz. Until the afternoon Hazel followed Muaz. He only realized he had gone through this road nine times. Hazel stopped and looked at Muaz's back, who was walking further and further away.

Is he aware of my existence? Hazel murmured, and she looked forward surprised not to see Muaz in front of her. Without realizing it, Muaz stood behind him.

Deg.

"Who are you?" asked the man with a cold look towards Hazel, Hazel immediately turned around and looked silently at Muaz who was now in front of her eyes.
