Jinni and Nana already know about Shiena's relationship as well as her father and sister. It wasn't Shiena who told the story. But they figure it out past Mean who definitely knows everything. 

When the two found out, both Jinni and Nana immediately rushed to hug Shiena who was just returning from work. Shiena was puzzled by what her mother-in-law and sister had done. And his confusion was answered when Jinni finally spoke at length about himself and continued to cry.
