Requirements for learning skills
As for the discussions and decisions made between Leili and Vivian, Shin would not know about it.

Shin had just returned to his inn after separating from Diere and the others, sleeping soundly, and refreshing his mind.

The impression the elves gave off was generally beauty and purity. The impression that the elven race gave was that they did not want to live within the city, but rather outside among the realms.

“Lamdrion has special lodging only for elves. Melika lives there.” Diere spoke calmly, “Lumia and her seven younger sisters also live in Lamdrion. They have a rented house. “As you think.” Diere glanced at Shin, “He was the only supporter of his family. In order to raise her seven seven-year-old sisters, she became an adventurer. Right now, he and his sister depend on each other in their lives.”

If that was the case, then Shin could understand now why the shy and nervous Lumia chose to become an adventurer and go on a dangerous adventure.

Diere didn't seem to mind either.

Shin nodded and focused his mind.
