Obstetrician Saila began to help Saila push after he checked the state of the opening earlier.
“Mistress, it's time for you to push. Take a deep breath - in first, then out, right, slowly – lands. Now do as I said. Please start pushing slowly - slowly, Mistress!” the obstetrician said while helping Saila to get the baby out.
“Aakkhh .. aakhhh .. huff ..huff ... aakkhh!” Saila began to push slowly as her doctor had said.
“Good, once again madam. Push once again!” pinta the doctor's back.
“Aakkhh .. aakhhh .. huff ..aakkhh!” Saila pushed back, making Leon who was beside her push as his wife did.
At that moment, Leon stood to the right of Saila, holding tightly his wife's right hand and his left hand gently rubbed his wife's head.
“Ya ... good ... push once again, Mistress!” the doctor said he gave direction to Saila.
“Haaa .. haaa ... Doc, I'm not strong anymore. It hurts so much. I-I can't stand it. Aakhh .. aakkhh .. huff .. haaaa!” Saila again – again straining with her face that has begun to fatigue.
“Prophet mrs. Just a little more baby will be out!” the doctor tried to calm Saila down.
Leon who had rubbed Saila's head was increasingly worried to see the baby did not come out, especially Saila seemed to be unable to anymore, and complained of pain.
“Dok .. until when is my wife like this?” asked Leon who looked very worried and impatient.
“Please sir, a little more!” reply Her obstetrician saw Leon, then refocused on the baby Saila who was already visible in front of him. “Come mistress, once again, do it with all your might!”
“Aaaakkhhh .. aakhhh Huff ... huff ...Aaahkk!” Saila pushed back with all her might.
“Ya good .. once again. Push once again!” doctor said.
"Aaakhhh .. aakhhh ..aakhhh!" Saila pushed back strongly.
And the sound of her baby crying made Leon breathe a sigh of relief, as well as Saila who felt relieved.
“Already ... baby is born, Mistress!” the doctor looked at Saila.
Instantly Saila shed her tears with her still irregular breathing from exhaustion.
Eventually she was able to go through her normal labor without a hitch. She was crying in the arms of her husband who was holding her.
“Thank you dear. You scared the shit out of me. I didn't expect that you could be this strong!” said Leon who came to shed tears saw his wife who was fighting for their baby's life.
“I succeeded Mas Leon. I managed to give birth to it with my own strength. That baby I gave birth to!” said Saila who was still crying in her husband's arms.
“Iya, I know. You are my great girl!” praise Leon while gently stroking his wife's head.
The obstetrician walked over to Leon while holding the tiny baby.
She had just finished cleaning up everything that was attached to the baby's tiny body, including the blood and white coating that covered her baby's soft skin. And do not forget also he separated the umbilical cord from the body of the baby.
“Master, Mistress, congratulations ... The baby is a boy and very healthy!” her obstetrician said she showed the baby in front of Leon and Saila.
Leon seemed happy to see the little baby, no one could even describe his happiness now. He became the father of that little baby. Likewise with Saila who smiled while dripping back her tears holding her baby's tiny cheeks.
“Dok .. can I hold it?” said Saila who was eager to embrace her baby.
“Of course Madam,” replied her doctor while helping to lay her baby on top of Saila's chest.
Saila immediately embraces her baby, kisses her gently, and rubs her baby's back, as well as Leon who does not stop looking at her baby with a happy smile.
While outside the delivery room. Mr. Bima and Mrs Yasmin could not wait to see their first grandchild, even Mr. Bima paced – back and forth while looking into his room waiting for his obstetrician to come out to show his first grandchild.
“So sit down first. You're making me dizzy if you're pacing back and forth like that!” said Mrs Yasmin.
“I've heard my granddaughter cry since, but why didn't the doctor take my granddaughter out. I wanna see it. I should have been the first to see it!” lamented Mr. Bima.
“Yes, maybe Leon's still holding the baby. Let her be satisfied holding her baby. He's also the first time right, baby!” said Mrs Yasmin who tried to give understanding to her husband.
Mr. Bima did not respond to his wife's remarks anymore, and was still pacing back and forth in front of the delivery room while staring into the room.

Moments later, her Obstetrician came out holding Leon's first baby.
He showed the baby to Mr. Bima and all his family there.
There was a smile of happiness on the face of Mr. Bima and the others looking at the cute little baby. So happy he saw his first grandchild, he even laughed out loud as he held his index finger tightly.
