Satya, Syaida and Gio were still waiting in front of the operating room. It's been a half hour after baby Salwa was born but the doctor hasn't come out yet.
Shortly after, the doctor and several other nurses came out. Gio frowned when he saw doctor Rini who also came out of the operating room.
"How's my wife doing, Doc?" satya asked impatiently
Rini and Sinta could only sigh. Gio whose profession is the same as theirs certainly knows something is going on with his patients.
"Why is Doctor Rini here?" asked Gio who was already unable to hide his curiosity.
"Salwa is my patient" Rini said
"What?" Gio was shocked
"Doctor Rini Salwa has cancer?" asked Gio in disbelief

Like being struck by lightning in broad daylight Satya and Syaida immediately limp. Syaida felt her head dizzy, her vision began to blur and became dark. Syaida fell unconscious, fortunately Gio quickly held his body that almost collapsed to the floor.
"Great darling" Gio patted Syaida on the cheek

"Let's go to my room" Dr. Rini walked along followed by Satya who was still trying to gather her consciousness.
Satya had arrived in front of the room doctor Rini who on her door was written 'Cancer specialist doctor' Satya felt his chest tight and his body weak. Satya limped into the room and sat in the front seat of Rini's doctor.
"So are you ready to hear everything sir?" asked Doctor Rini to exhale violently
"Yes my Dok is ready" Satya looked blankly as if ready to hear the worst reality from the doctor.
"Salwa has been suffering from leukemia for a long time. Even when she was pregnant her illness had reached stage 4"Doctor Rini breathed in
"I've told Salwa to abort her womb. Because it is very risky for his condition. What Salwa suffered was blood cancer and if He gave birth then He would have severe bleeding like you saw earlier" Dr Rini explained
Doctor Rini breathed heavily and threw her body on the back of the chair.
"I still remember Salwa's phrase 'This baby is my hope' that's what Salwa said. As a doctor, I cannot force my will. Salwa is a strong and tough woman facing all her own problems" said Rini again
"Then how's my wife doing now Doc?" satya asked already with glassy eyes
"Salwa is still critical and unconscious. Salwa must immediately get a spinal cord donor. That was the only way he could save his life. Salwa has never done any treatment other than the drugs taken. I don't know what reason Salwa did not want to just do chemotherapy " explained Dr. Rini
"Do what's best for my wife doc. I will pay whatever the cost" Satya pleaded
"It's not a matter of cost, sir. But we have to find people who want to donate their back sum sum bones and who match Salwa" explained Dr. Rini again
"I just doc, I'm willing to donate it to my wife" said Satya
"Well later I will have the nurse check her match so that she can quickly donate to Salwa" said Dr. Rini
"Can I see my wife doc?" ask Satya

Satya nodded and walked outside the doctor's room and headed for Salwa's room.

Satya sat on the bedside chair with her hands clasping Salwa's hands and placed them on her cheeks.
