Your arms will come closer together and your palms will move away from each other depending on the position of your hands in the circle. First of all, one palm will be at the top of the circle and another at the bottom. As long as it moves in a circle, there comes a time when both forearms will be aligned in front of the chest, Breathing as usual.


Find the most appropriate Qi training for you. The moves you have are not the only exercises you can do to cultivate Qi. If you have too slow and meditative, maybe you can practice kung fu or yoga from India. Both of these exercises can help you cultivate and feel Qi.


Learn the Qi exercises. In addition to doing physical exercises while breathing and moving to feel Qi, you can improve your mental and spiritual condition by cultivating Qi. When practicing breathing and doing the exercises you choose, focus on feeling the energy that is not flowing in a certain part of the body. A person who has an energy blockage must focus and practice to get his energy flowing again as it should.
