The next morning, Joy wakes up and takes a shower. Then he came out of his room. He got a week off from his company after returning home from Paris.

Joy comes out and sees David with Evelena in the dining room.

"Darling, are you awake? Come here, David brought you an apple pie from Madame Jonathan" said Evelena with her face.

Joy doesn't like this situation. But he tried his hardest and thought David was his friend.

"Hi, Joy. Sorry to interrupt your time so early" said David smiling.

"Hmm," Joy replied briefly and tried to smile.

Then they had breakfast together. Joy was more silent and Evelena told David about Joy.

David always looks up to Joy and is fascinated by her beauty.

"Will we have dinner tonight?" ask David to Joy.

"Sorry, I'm still very tired. My work in Paris is very time-consuming and my energy, so I really want to rest now" Joy replied.

"Ah so, all right. Maybe next time," said David a little disappointed.

Evelena knows Joy doesn't like the situation very much, but she wants Joy to be more able to enjoy her youth than to always have to work.

After breakfast, David returns home. And Evelena will also go to her office.

"Mom, can you not match me again?" said Joy.

"Hello" said Joy.

"How hard was it to call you, baby," said Ocean.

"Sorry, I had breakfast with mommy" said Joy.

"I miss you too" Joy replied smilingly.

"For too long we haven't seen each other, I'll be there as soon as I can" Ocean said.

"Are you not busy?" joy asked as he laid his body on the bed.

"I'm the boss" replied Ocean.

And they talked for a long time. Joy and Ocean both miss each other but are still very far apart.

Joy isn't ready to tell Evelena about her relationship with Ocean.

There is a fear of his heart if later the mother told him to choose back as before.

It's been a week, and Joy is back at the company. He began to enjoy his work again.

"Joy!!!" call someone when Joy walks out of her office for lunch alone because Helen didn't go to work today.

"David?? You here?" joy asked, surprised to see David.

"Yes, I happened to be in a meeting at the company, so I stopped by" David smiled as he pointed to the company on the right side of Joy's company.

"You're going to lunch?" ask David.

"Yes" Joy replied.

"Can join? I haven't had lunch either" David said.

"Of course, come on," Joy replied smilingly.

Joy only considers David as a friend, especially their parents are also friends.

Joy never gave David any hope. He had explained from the beginning that they were just friends.

David is a nice and polite man so Joy is quite comfortable being around him who never sort of.
