Sundari

Sundari
Exit from the village

Gradually the age of Sundari content is growing. Lasmi who was suspicious of Sundari repeatedly asked Sundari.

That afternoon Lasmi began to ask Sundari.

“Nfrom! who is the father of the baby you bear!” lasmi said firmly.

Sundari just fell silent and cried when Lasmi asked that, he was afraid of Hendra's threat.

“Who's Nfrom! Tell grandma?” Lasmi repeated the question.

Sundari opened her voice and told her grandmother.

“A-anu Nek—“ said Sundari who stopped and cried.

“Come On, who did this to you!”

“Mas He-Hendra,” Ndari said while crying.

Lasmi who knew this was very surprised not able to hold back her tears.

“Yes Allah, Sundari why it could be like this what are you doing?”

“He raped Ndari Nek. Ndari taki can fight it, forgive Ndari Nek,” Sundari said to lie down at Lasmi's feet.

Hearing the words of Sundari Lasmi hugging Sundari.

“So evil, treat you like this Ndari!” lasmi said while hugging Sundari.

Lasmi could not do anything on the other side Lasmi wanted to go to the family of Hendra Pak Gunawan but Lasmi was afraid.

They will not believe the words of Lasmi, Pak Gunawan's family itself is a distinguished family.

So Mr. Gunawan will not believe Lasmi's speech while Hendra is known in conditional village of good people.

Lasmi finally tried to accept this bitter reality.

“Ya already Ndari, this innocent child should we take care of it,” said Lasmi who stroked Sundari's stomach trying to calm herself.

Sundari could only cry and hug her grandmother.

The more Sundari's stomach is getting bigger it makes the residents suspicious, what else with Sundari's posture that is very identical to women who are pregnant.

One of the neighbors came to Sundari.

“Sundari.”

“Iya Ma'am, what's up?”

“You ... Pregnant?”

The mother held Sundari's stomach tight and tight, the mother stared at Sundari's snide.

Sundari bowed shyly, keeping her face between her long hair.

The news spread throughout the village until many people sneered at him, poor Sundari was ostracized by the villagers until insulted.

Lasmi's condition became decreased when learning about Sundari's pregnancy, his condition was exacerbated again by the residents' constant scorn directed to Lasmi and Sundari.

Even when Sundari came out of the house to buy drugs for Lasmi he continued to get discrimination by villagers, sometimes Sundari could suddenly be pelted with rotten eggs and stones by residents who hate him.

Until one day Lasmi's condition worsened, Lasmi breathed his last in the arms of his grandson Sundari.

“Nek! Grandma! Don't leave Sundari Nek,” Sundari roared for Lasmi's departure.

Neighbors who heard Sundari's cries came to his house.

“Look! He is a fucking carrier! Even his grandmother just died because of it,” said one resident.

Sundari cried and shouted at the people.

“You guys are silent!”

“You don't know how I feel! I'm raped! Do you know that!” said Sundari while crying hugging the lifeless body of Lasmi.

“How would you feel if your daughter fared the same way as me? What are you guys gonna do? Are you going to do the same thing you did to me?”

“Why are you quiet? Answer!,” snapped Sundari.

Suddenly Hendra came to break up the crowd at Sundari's house, and scatter Sundari with words of provocation.

“Liar! How could it happen if you don't tease that person first!” said Hendra.

“You can't trust this cheap woman! He has become the disgrace of our village, should from the beginning we drive out of this village!” keep Hendra.

“True don't let our village get unlucky because of this woman!” people who have been provoked.

Hendra grinned at Sundari, the provoked citizens pulled Sundari's body and dragged him out of the house.

“Pak please let me go, let me bury my grandmother first I beg you,” Sundari said with a sniffle.

“Aarrgggh! Can't! You should leave immediately! Lasmi let us take care of!” sahut Hendra's.

Sundari was paraded around the village and then brought into the forest and abandoned.

Sundari roared lamenting the agony he had never imagined before, standing and walking aimlessly.

Until he found a piece of old rope he took the rope and walked towards a tree, Sundari tried to climb into the tree with his big belly he climbed into a branch of a tree that was not so high.

He tied a rope commonly used to tie the cow to a branch. Then he tied the other end of the rope to his neck.
