Chapter 08: Hunting

Rein who was still swinging his greatsword stopped and stuck it in the green grass. Rein looked a little tired and took a deep breath first.

Rom nodded and slowly went from his place to the front where his father was crouching. Rome could see three deer drinking in the lake.

Rein just told Rom to pay attention for a moment. Rom understood what his father meant. His father must have been waiting for if there were any beasts in the lake. It seemed like Rein could not detect a life that existed in the lake water.

About 1 minute there was no strange incident with the lake. Rein took out two bow arrows and arrows from his storage ring. Rein gave it to Rome and told her to follow how her father used the bow and the right position.

Rom followed the instructions given by his father. Well and correctly Rom focused on watching his father and imitating him. Rein saw that Rom had positioned the bow properly and correctly according to the instructions given by him and told Rom to aim at one of the deer and kill him right in his vital organs.

Rein also saw that Rome had already targeted her prey and Rein was aiming for one of the other two deer. Rein gestured using a blink of an eye in a countdown of three.

Rein slowly took a breath and blinked his eyes slowly three times.

Flashing third, Rom and Rein took off his finger clasps to make the arrow dart quickly and kill the deer. The Romans and Rein now lay dead and the other deer fled.

Rom and Rein put together their right palms. They chuckled happily because their hunt was successful and it seemed that day and night would eat the venison of Lilya cuisine which must be very delicious.

"Hehe... Nice Son. You are very quick to adapt and your understanding is high. This time it seems like this deer is enough for the next two days." Said Rein while ruffling Rom's hair.

Rom smiled happily at his father's praise. The Romans put away his father's hand and went to their prey.

Rein also told Rome to pull the arrow to be cleaned and can still be used. Rom nodded and pulled it.

Rom had trouble in removing it. Until finally the arrow was plucked with blood spurting wet Roman hands.

Rom was a little careless because forcefully plucking made himself sit down and his hands were stained by deer blood. Rein laughed when he saw his son fall down after pulling the arrow.

"Yahaha...." Rein's Laughter broke down.

"Dad, this isn't funny." Rom looked at his father sharply.

Rein also invited Rome to clean the arrows and Roman hands on the lake.
