Chapter 22 (Make Regret)

Amaira was slightly surprised by Farhan's question, she felt uneasy herself with the man's question. Not that he did not want to answer, but somehow Amaira even felt Farhan had ulterior intentions and wanted to know him.

Amaira would not have interacted with this foreign man if it were not for Farhan's responsibility.

The matter of her divorce suit was just granted by a religious court. These two months Amaira took care of it and was facilitated by Azka.

So if there is currently a man who intends to be close to him, Amaira becomes uncomfortable alone because of her new status.

Farhan who understood that Amaira was not feeling well finally chose to confirm his point. "Sorry Maira, I don't mean what is on your mind, I'm just saying, for example you already have a partner, it's not nice if his lover is close to me, too," farhan corrected his words.

Farhan only scratched his nape that was not itching to see Amaira looking down. The man was completely wrong with his own behavior. He shouldn't have to ask that kind of privacy question to a woman like Amaira.

Amaira raised her head, then looked at Farhan with a smile.

Azka was pensive in her study, the man pulled her hair many times, feeling an overwhelming dizziness in his head. I don't know what the man is feeling right now, everything is mixed into one.

Like an endless labyrinth, making Azka so dizzy was incredible. Azka remembered Amaira, the wife whom she had wasted, the talaq she had spoken of so as to torment her. Verily Azka regretted her actions, she should not have been rash in acting.

It has been two months that she has never seen Amaira again since the woman filed for divorce, Azka felt ashamed and inappropriate for a woman as good as Amaira so she made it easy for her.

Azka remembered when she was forced to accept the match, just because she obeyed the old grandfather. Azka could not bear to refuse his grandfather's request.

In the past Azka was very upset and without thinking immediately married Icha after Amaira chose to be combined. Without thinking about how his first wife felt, even Azka did not keep herself from making out with Icha in front of Amaira.

Now that their status was separated, Azka just opened her eyes. The hatred that once enveloped his heart and mind now seemed to disappear was replaced by an overwhelming feeling of guilt.

Even a deep longing now filled his heart cavity for the former.

Until he finally ignores Icha some time, Azka realizes if he is wrong against Icha. Azka forced the woman into her ship. The two ships that Azka dinahkodai will never be strong because each ship will be strong if dinahkodai one only.

Azka's first ship finally faltered and sank, now only the second ship that had begun to sail. Icha some days silence him because he knows if Azka is upset because of divorce from Amaira.

Azka did feel regret for Amaira, but she also ignored her second wife.

Icha felt angry and disappointed towards her husband because Azka had changed completely. Though Icha chose her to be happy, Icha was willing to leave the house in order to be with Azka who promised to give her happiness and infinite love.

But only a few months after their marriage, all the promises Azka made, the man broke. Azka betrays their sacred love by presenting another love, his ex-wife, Amaira.

Icha could see in Azka's eyes emanated another love besides her. It turned out that it wasn't Amaira who lost, it was her. Although she had already managed to get Amaira out of the house and even ended up asking for a divorce from her husband, Icha felt increasingly empty. Icha's heart ached when she saw my husband slumped because of the divorce.

Secretly during these two months Amaira had filed a lawsuit to the religious court and it further drove Azka away from Icha.

"Mas, have I lost to Amaira? Even though you let go but your heart is getting attached to it!"
