Melin, Lastri and Jacson sat together in the living room of Jacson's house. Unlike the homes of other murky Water Villagers, Jacson's house looks more modern. Black leather sofas that look quite expensive, wooden chairs and also other leather sofas, which are black as well but rather shabby. Three sets of different chairs flow it, lined up neatly in the living room of Jacson's elongated house.

Soon an old woman appeared, with three cups of tea on a tray and a few snacks.

"Can Mbok Painah sit here for a minute?" ask Jacson.

The old woman looked puzzled, as she seemed to turn her head in another direction as Jackson asked the old woman to stay. His already wrinkled face also seemed to give off a different expression.

Mbah Painah sat in front of Melin, they faced each other and accidentally their views met. Mbah Painah even noticed Melin, originally a face that was full of wrinkles was just paying attention without any expression. But Mbah painah still focused his gaze on Melin.

The two adults beside them were completely silent. Their mouths are locked and they don't want to be open.

"Because Adrian is guarding this village, so he can't kill the original citizens of this village.

"But the villagers were also unable to kill Adrian in any way.

"If you get out of this village, then a lot of people will be killed by Adrian out there!" mbah Painah.

"Why should Adrian hunt this girl?" ask Jacson.

Inside the hut Adrian and Yanuar sat facing each other. The two brothers were healing Adrian's internal wounds, by channeling the energy in Yanuar to his sister's body.

Yanuar Sadewo is a man with a tall large body who is very macho, despite a long burn on his left cheek. It did not reduce the chirpiness of Yanuar's face.

That exorbitant mystical activity was finally completed. Yanuar shifted slightly back, giving his sister space to stretch out her body that had just gained new energy.

"Aren't you here to save my sister's daughter?" ask Adrian.

"Am I really able to? Against such a huge force!" ask Yanuar.

Sadness, frustration and anger took over Yanuar's heart. But Melin's biological father can still calm down, he resigned because all this time let's have tried various ways. All of those ways, can only delay not being able to clear his promise vow 10 years ago.

The vow of promise that he made for his glory days was to overthrow the one who loved the most. Her daughter Melin was that someone, someone Yanuar loved the most.

"How much power do we have, we can't hurt him! Remember that Adrian!" brother's advice.

The two of them were now bowed down, they felt ashamed of themselves. Success and strength and ambition make them decide a destiny they cannot face.

"After all this is done, I can die peacefully!" Yanuar.

Yanuar squeezed his two shoulders, then he stood up.

"Melin is very young, brother! He only went to the beach once.

"Can Brother buy time for her again?" ask Adrian.

"I don't want Nyai Blorong to get angry, and kill all the villagers!" Yanuar.

"Leave it! The important thing is that Melin can live longer!" Adrian said.

Yanuar who was already standing up and was about to come out of the hut, looked back at his sister.

"What's wrong with you, hehhhh!" Yanuar.

Adrian immediately changed his sitting position, which was initially cross-legged now he whistled in front of his brother.

"And Melinnn...! We both love each other?" adrian said, he lowered his head not daring to look at his brother's face.

"Why did you fall in love with her?

"Aren't you supposed to know it best?! Love my daughter???

"It's a stupid, pointless act!" Yanuar laughed restrainedly.

He had not expected Adrian to commit this kind of recklessness, the cold man who had always been obedient. Turned into a time bomb ready to explode at any time.

"I know, but I still want to do it! Protect him and give him happiness.

"So can you buy a year.

"I promise...After a year I'll let go without a fight!" Adrian said.
