Inggit was so panicked to hear the sound of a car horn while he was being kissed gently by Dalvin. He just wanted to run forward but Dalvin caught his tiny body easily and held him emotionally.
"Pacify yourself first. Let your husband come into the house first you come home. Just be calm and say you're looking for some fresh air in the park, okay?" Dalvin calms the panicked Inggit. Dalvin grabbed Inggit's face and looked him in the eye. Makes Inggit no longer panic despite the pounding of his heart getting harder.
"O-okay." Inggit inhaled a lot of air to fill his lungs and exhaled slowly. Now it is calmer. Inggit peeked out of the window and saw her husband had entered the house.
Without saying goodbye, Inggit gets out of Dalvin's house. Leaving the cooking show with those who failed miserably. Inggit walked quietly into his house. He follows what Dalvin says to stay calm and not panic to keep Fandi unsuspecting.
"Where have you been?" ask Fandi who saw Inggit from head to toe.
"Fresh air." Inggit did not look at Fandi, afraid that his lies could be clearly read. Inggit walked into the kitchen and took a glass of drinking water. She had to calm herself down, she had just been kissed by another man who was not her husband. Dalvin's former kiss was still on his reddened lips. Now, her husband continues to watch her movements. Inggit spent a glass of water without remaining under the glare of Fandi's sharp eyes.
"Where is fresh air? Same who?" Fandi stared fixedly at Inggit.
"In the park. Tumben Mas nanya what do I do? Usually they don't care. I'm insulted by your mom and sister and you don't care, Mom. Why are you acting so pretentious about me now?" For the first time Inggit was cold with Fandi. He even dared to look back at Fandi, something that Inggit had never done before.
Fandi was speechless to see Inggit's unusual attitude. What made the UK change? Why did Inggit turn out to be brave like this?
Looking at the speechless Fandi, Inggit used this opportunity to escape to his room. "I'm not cooking today. I don't think Mas will go home as usual. If you want to eat, order through the online application." Inggit turned around and left Fandi who was astonished to see the change in Inggit's attitude.
In the room, Inggit pinched his cheek several times. He did not think that the first kiss he kept and offered to Fandi was even captured by Dalvin. The shadow of Dalvin's soft kiss kept lingering in his mind and unwilling to leave. Inggit looked at his hand that had touched Dalvin's burly muscle.
"Silence, Git. Surely Mas Dalvin just carried away the atmosphere. I'm stupid too, why would I just let it go, instead of pushing it in the first place? Argha! Why is this all so messed up?" muttered Inggit.
****
Inggit getting ready for the morning run. Since knowing that running can make him forget his heartache, Inggit more diligent to run. Inggit left the house while Fandi was still asleep in his room.
When Fandi woke up, there was no Inggit at home. The smell of coffee and delicious toast that is usually served at the dining table is also not there. Blank.
"Git! Niggling!" Fandi shouted to his wife but she was not home.
"Where the hell are you, Git?" fandi muttered in annoyance. Forced to make coffee and breakfast for himself.
I ran around the park until I was tired. His heart was calmer now, no longer thinking about what happened last night. When Inggit calmed down, he passed Dalvin who was also running in the morning. Inggit's face turned red remembering the events of last night when Dalvin's sexy lips kissed him, feeling soft but so demanding.
"Hi, Git!" greet Dalvin.
"Hi, Mum!" Inggit lowered his head. Embarrassed, I could not lift my head anymore.
"Is breakfast not yet?" ask Dalvin who is also no less clumsy than Inggit.
Inggit shook his head. "Not yet, Mas."
"If we have breakfast porridge first want to?" bargain Dalvin.
"We ate and just got home, okay?" ask Dalvin again.
"Agreed."
Dalvin pulls Inggit's hand and invites him to eat chicken porridge. Inggit resigned himself to the way Dalvin treated him. Dalvin ordered two servings of porridge and sat down on the sidewalk with Inggit.
"How's husband? Getting angry?" ask Dalvin.
"Obsolutely normal. She never cared about me, Mas," Inggit answered honestly.
"Thank God he wasn't angry. We will continue the cooking show with us!"
The inggit bit his lower lip. Will last night happen again? As if knowing what Inggit was thinking, Dalvin again melted the atmosphere. Invite Inggit to chat by throwing an exciting topic of conversation. They were still chatting while walking home.
Fandi who was washing the car saw his wife coming home with another man. Inggit looks so familiar with his handsome and burly new neighbor. Fandi who used to be indifferent now can no longer ignore what he saw.
"Where have you been?" asked Fandi while looking at Dalvin from head to toe.
"Morning run. It just so happened to meet Mas Dalvin," replied Inggit honestly.
Fandi asks who is Dalvin? Dalvin introduced himself. "I'm Dalvin, your next-door neighbor."
Fandi returned Dalvin's hand cynically. "Fandi, her husband Inggit." Deliberately Fandi emphasized the word 'husband'.
"Git, go inside. I'm hungry!" fandi's orders.
Inggit looked at Fandi with a stern look. He told Dalvin and went inside. "Mas, I'm going in first. Thanks for the treat!"
Fandi went inside with Inggit. The aura of competition within him was oozing out. He didn't like the way Dalvin looked at Inggit.
"When did you get along with him?" ask Fandi as soon as they get into the house.
Inggit didn't answer Fandi's question. Looking at the coffee cup and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, Inggit realized that Fandi was lying when he said he was hungry.
"Mas has breakfast, right? I don't think I need to make breakfast anymore. Mubazir if not eaten later. I'll take a shower, and then when Mas leaves, please close the door!" Inggit also left Fandi who was silent again to see his attitude that changed completely.
Inggit's cold attitude didn't just last a day and two days. Inggit seemed to be engrossed in his own world and ignored Fandi. Inggit no longer even drove Fandi to work as usual. Fandi also began to be suspicious of Inggit's changes.
"What is your relationship with our next-door neighbor?"
