"Good day sir."
"What's your name."
"My name is Susan."
The woman Felix brought in to look after his wife came to Alan's office. Felix was also there, preparing some necessary files. In his resume, Alan quite agreed on Felix's choice. Susan's a former chief bodyguard. For the reason of getting married, he had to leave his job first. He is 35 years old, his stature is tall, face firm and also flat. The type of person who always listens to orders and of course obeys superiors. Alan likes Felix's choice. That way, he can keep an eye on Alana through Susan.
"You're going to start working today. Take it wherever my wife goes. And tell me whatever he's doing." Alan said.
"Good Sir. I am ready to carry out the command." replied Susan steadily.
"good. Let me introduce my wife to you." Alan stood up and walked out of the room. Susan followed behind him.
^
"From today Susan will take care of you. Wherever you go!" alan was firm. Alana glanced at the stiff woman behind Alan. From just one look Alana knew what kind of woman Susan was. She was eleven twelve like her husband. Stiff and cold. Everywhere, the man's shadow haunts him. Really shit!
"Whatever. Get out, I'm going to sleep." Alana prepares to rub her body with a blanket.
"Aren't you going? Why are you sleeping?" alan asked, frowning. The girl was determined to get out of the house. And now that he had people to look after him, the girl went to sleep instead. What was his mind really?
"Let's get in the mood. It's gone!" alana kicked them out.
"Susan will be waiting at the door. Call him if you want to go. And remember Alana, don't make trouble out there. Understand you." said Alan again reminded.
"Hm." Alana refuses, but what can she do. Everything has to be as Your Majesty wishes, right?
^^
In the afternoon, Alana wakes up. He glanced at the wall clock in his room. It's 4 in the afternoon. Alana gets bored if she stays in the room. Alana gets out of bed. Then go to the bathroom. He began to clean himself up before leaving the room. Maybe taking an afternoon walk can relieve his sense of boredom. He will go around the complex.
"Where is he?"
"That's Mr Alan Miss?" ask Susan.
"Yes. Where is she."
"Still in the workspace Miss. What do I need to tell you"
"No need. You come with me out. I'm going around." Alana walked up the stairs. Susan followed him in the back.
"I'll tell Mr. Alan if Miss is going out" Susan said.
"As far as you." Alana knew everything she was doing would be known to Alan. He doesn't want to confuse it. Breathing in the air outside while relaxing the legs is the goal now. He wouldn't be bothered doing what he wanted.
Alana's out of the gate. He looks around. Elite houses filled the complex. There are two different paths with the middle of the path overgrown with plants like a small garden. There is a stand made specifically to rest under the tree. Alana crossed the street and sat on one of the chairs. The afternoon wind had apparently managed to refresh Alana's mind. The air is clean like it's not downtown.
Before getting married, Alana had invited Mama Alan to the middle of the city to buy wedding items. Seeing a city that is so crowded and many vehicles passing by, making the air there not worth inhaling. Feels cramped and hot. It is very different from here and home.
"Do you want me to buy you some water?" bargain Susan.
"Emb, can. Where did you buy it?" Alana curious.
"There's a Miss's shop. I'll buy it there for a minute." Susan pointed to the shop that was only 20 meters away.
"OKAY. Buy away. All for you." said Alana.
"None Miss. Please don't go anywhere when I go." Susan asked.
"Yes. It's gone there."
About 10 meters from her spot, Alana saw a brownish-white dog walking towards her. The dog was tiny and had a snubbed nose. The feathers are so smooth and beautiful. Unknowingly, Alana stood up intending to approach the dog. He wanted to hold it so hot.
Tin tin!
Alana's view was suddenly diverted to a four-wheeled vehicle traveling from the opposite direction. The speed is pretty high. Moving closer. Alana glanced at the dog that was 5 meters away from her. Only a few meters away, the car will reach the dog's place.
Not wanting to think too long, Alana immediately ran towards the dog. Her small body made Alana step even faster. But the speed does not make the distance closer, the car also does not reduce the speed. Alana grabs the dog, jumping on the roadside grass. Roll over many times until it stops with the dog in his arms.
"Shu!!"
"Miss!!"
No matter where she was, Alana heard Susan and someone calling her. Alana sat down without letting go of the little dog. A man suddenly approached her.
"Gosh, are you okay?" The man squatted down next to Alana. Watching with an anxious face. Alana shook her head slowly. Their eyes met for a moment.
The man had brown eyes with pliable eyelashes. Has thick eyebrows and a sharp nose. The man stared at Alana for quite a while.
"Miss, you okay?" Susan cut off their sight. The woman had just arrived and was standing next to Alana.
"Come on." The man extended his hand to Alana. Help the girl stand up.
"Thank you."
"I should be grateful. You saved my dog. I'm so grateful." said the man. Take over the little dog from Alana.
"You know what, are you new here? I've never seen you before." asked the man.
"Yes, I just moved today" replied Alana.
"Oh yes, greetings. I'm Abhigantara. Just call Abhi. What's yourname?"
"Well."
"Oh yeah, Alana thank you for saving my dog."
"What's her name? He's funny." - timpal Alana rubbed the dog's head.
"He's Shu. You like her?"
Alana nodded. It looks good to touch Shu.
"You want something like this?" ask Abhi.
Alana looked up, looking at Abhi's eyes looking serious. Alana nodded quickly.
Abhi smiled, "I'll bring a dog like this. Which house do you live in?"
"Disana, house no. 9 White color." Alana pointed at Alan's house which stood majestically among the others. Abhi scrunched his forehead.
"So that's your house? Who do you live with?" abhi asked a little astonished. As the man knew, the house had long been uninhabited. It seems to have changed owners. This girl is the new owner. Who is Alana?
"I'm staying..."
"Miss we have to go. Mr. Alan's been looking for Miss." Susan said. Pull Alana's hand away.
"Alana, I'll see you here tomorrow?" exclaiming Abhi.
"Yes! Bye then. See you soon Shu!!" alana replied, waving her hand. Look at the cute dog with a sigh of anxiety. The girl turned around and followed Susan's quick steps.
