Today Uncle Yan will go to Sanjaya Hospital to do a medical check up. It just so happens that Niana will also go to the store this morning and the trip to Sanjaya Hospital also passes through Niana's store. Mama Sofi had asked Uncle Yan to deliver Niana to her shop as per Dirga's orders.

"Calm down, uncle, my legs are in great shape. Oh yeah later Niana deliver uncle to Sanjaya Hospital, then the car I take to the store. I'll pick up my uncle later" Niana said

"But miss, what if Young Master finds out? I don't want to make Young Master angry if he finds out that she has taken me to the hospital, let alone that she is pregnant" said Uncle Yan

"If Uncle Yan is secretly and I don't tell Dirga either, Dirga won't know" Niana said raising her eyebrows while glancing at Uncle Yan

"Why are you so kind to me, miss" said Uncle Yan turned to look at Niana

"Uncle, I also have a father who lives in Surabaya and I rarely see him. I used to live almost 13 years without him because of a misunderstanding so I ran away to Jakarta and lived in a home. I used to live alone without parents in this city so I could live independently and have a small shop. Now my father and I have made up but I still can't be with him and take care of him because we already live in a different city. So may I consider uncle like my own father and let me help deliver uncle to the hospital" Niana said while driving

"Alright lady" said Uncle Yan

It was seen that Uncle Yan opened the frame of his old glasses, bowed his face and then rubbed the grains that almost dripped from his eye peluk. I don't know what made Uncle Yan almost tear up. The fate of Tania's life or the story of Niana's life that is making her sad, only Uncle Yan and God know.

"Oh yes uncle, about how long the uncle has to undergo the examination at the hospital so that Niana can pick up on time" asked Niana when she arrived in front of the lobby of Sanjaya Hospital

"Maybe 5 hours is over, miss. So miss can come at 2pm" Uncle Yan replied as he removed his seat belt

"Good uncle. Niana will wait in the lobby of this hospital, uncle" said Niana

After taking Uncle Yan to Sanjaya Hospital, Niana left for her shop. At the hospital Uncle Yan underwent a series of health checks. Dirga had asked Doctor Bara to provide the best service for Uncle Yan. After Uncle Yan's physical condition was declared good, then the hemodialysis process was carried out.

Finally Uncle Yan finished undergoing the process of dialysis which took 4 hours. He was also seen sitting in the treatment room provided specifically for the Sanjaya family to rest for a while.

Niana arrived at the hospital to pick up Uncle Yan. He deliberately came at 1pm, earlier than the estimate that Uncle Yan had said for not wanting to make Uncle Yan wait. It seemed like Uncle Yan had not been seen in the lobby of the hospital so Niana decided to forage at Sanjaya Hospital's foodcourt. Niana ordered beefsteak and strobbery juice to fill her hungry stomach.

Niana suddenly felt nauseous when she put a piece of meat into her mouth. He ran straight to the hospital toilet and vomited his stomach. As he came out of the toilet a familiar voice sounded in his ears. It seemed like the voice of the person he heard was talking through a cell phone. The man was hiding to the right of the male toilet entrance.

"That voice is why it sounds familiar" Niana's inner voice squinted her eyes towards the source of the sound

Niana also walked sneaking peeks at the man who was hiding near the toilet. Unfortunately Niana could not see the person's face clearly because she was hiding next to a big trash can. Even his entire body could not be seen because it was covered in trash cans and only the tip of his shoes was black.

"It's nice not to waste me paying you, lest the police know your plan" said the man beside the toilet

"Who is that man, why does he seem to be planning a crime that the police don't know" Niana said

"You don't have to kidnap her, cancel the kidnapping plan. Your time to get rid of him is only tomorrow. I don't want that woman to threaten me and blackmail me again" the man said back and turned off his phone

Nianapun shuddered in horror when he heard the word kidnapping even a murder plot that was thrown from the mouth of a man who was still at home hiding next to a garbage can that smelled rotten. Until Niana immediately ran into the women's toilet because she did not want the man to know the difference that was eavesdropping. In addition, Niana also could not stand the stench of the garbage can that felt very pungent piercing his nose even though the distance of the garbage can was quite far about 5 meters from him.

Niana regurgitated her stomach contents back inside the toilet. After that he stepped back to where the man had been hiding while covering his nose tightly because he could not stand the stench from the garbage can. It turns out that men are no longer there. But Niana found a red handkerchief that may have been accidentally dropped by the mysterious man because the handkerchief looks clean. There's no way that handkerchief is garbage that fell out of the garbage can.

"TANIA" said Niana stunned and stammered as she read the name written on the handkerchief she held
