"Bella how rich can that be?" ask Dara.

"I don't know" replied Bella.

The plan to prank Dara instead became a weapon to eat sir.

One Month Later

Dara and Alzam go to the hospital to check up. Alzam accompanied Dara to see a doctor who treated his uterine cancer. The doctor told her there was a worsening development in Dara. Cancer cells in Dara's uterus spread, little hope for Dara to recover. Alzam was sad to hear the doctor's explanation. Out of the doctor's room with a gloomy face.

"Alzam why?" ask Dara.

"I'm useless, I can't make you heal" Alzam replied. His body was limp, not powerfully hearing the doctor's words earlier.

Alzam hugged Dara. His heart heard Dara say that. He's afraid of losing her.
