First Hunt (Part II)

Gata then approached me with a slightly riled face.

"Our contract is not like this!" Jerky Gata. Of course he was angry that Karna became unable to fight because of his Ousama, Naava being a hostage.

"I know that. I hope you can be patient until I'm done interrogating him. But I'll keep my promise." I clearly. Although still grumbling, Gata had no choice but to obey my orders.

"All right." Gata finally crossed paths and disappeared into his spirit form. After that Riza appeared and handcuffed Karna's hand with a plasma ball made of water. Nishimiya approached me to report.

"The damage of the ambush field and the fight is not too big. We've already cleared it. Every eyewitness we've dealt with." Nishimiya. I also nodded.

"good job. The rest leave it to me. Rest, we're still after the other spies. And it might be harder than this. So please be prepared." I gave them instructions.

"Good, sir." They all bowed respectfully. I also nodded. I opened the portal gate that I used to save Shasha from the toxic effects she received while protecting me. There time will not give any influence and no one will be able to enter it. Until now I still can't find a way to save Shasa's life.

The only ones who entered the gate were me, Naava, Riza, and Karna. Inside that dimension was a desert at night that contained swords, daggers, spears, axes, armor, all the items I owned were all here. Even all my NPCs are there as guards of this place in this desert. I put Naava still unconscious on the ground. His body was immediately wrapped in heavenly chains and was presented to me. I also walked up to one of the great swords stuck there and there was an unconscious woman leaning against her blade. Yes, that woman is Shasa.

I rubbed her soft cheeks and fixed her messy hair in the night desert breeze. "I promise I'll find a way for you to heal." Then I kissed her cheek and left her.

"It turns out you're a very caring person. I was amazed to see it." Karna.

"He is one of my valued and loyal subordinates. I don't want to lose

himself." My answer. And somehow Riza put on a jutek face like that after I said that. I can only breathe heavily.

I then came to Naava who was bound by heavenly chains. I pat her on the cheek a few times to get her up. Slowly both eyes opened.

"Wake up princess sleeping. We're not done yet." I said put my hand in my pants pocket.

"Where are we?" He said limply.

"That's not important. What's clear is you won't be able to get out of this place." I said. Naava was obviously uncomfortable as his position was tied to the heavenly chain. But I was a little surprised by the reaction of the heavenly chains. Though I didn't mean to tighten it but why is Naava tied so hard?

"With us in this place no one will be able to listen to our conversation. So you can talk honestly here." I clearly.

"What's your goal in infiltrating the Assassin Islands if your goal isn't to steal information. Can you answer that?" My toot.

"If I don't answer it..." Suddenly the heavenly chains that bound and wrapped around Naava's body instantly tightened like they were entwined by an anconda snake.

"I told you to be honest, and I advised you not to run or try to lie. The heavenly chain will make your body crumpled until your bones are broken. What's your real purpose?" My Deuteronomy. Naava was silent for a moment and looked towards the sky. I can guess that he was mustering up his courage to speak.

"The reason we infiltrated the Assassin Islands was because we were chasing someone." Naava. The Heavenly Chain did not react in the slightest. From Naava's way of speaking, he tried not to lie and not to spill everything. Real smart.

"A hit man." Answer Naava.

"What do you know about this "wage killer? My toot.

"He's a man who's never been seen when he kills his target. Alias is a gunslinger. He was like a ghost that could kill a target without being noticed by anyone. Many countries, kingdoms, even Dynasty paid a heavy price to him to kill the person they were aiming for." Naava. From his character I remembered someone.

"And you're assigned to catch or kill the hit man?" Manya make sure.

"Yes, it's my responsibility." Answer Naava briefly.

"So far I understand your situation. So what's your reason for assuming that the Assassin Islands are where the hit man hides?" My toot.

"From the information I have, the Assassin Islands are a place where people are trained to be silent killers who are ready to be sent to various places to commit murder. So I immediately headed to the Assassin Islands as a migration or political asylum in order to find the hit man." Evidently. I started to turn my brain back.

"So you think that this hit man is someone sent from the assassin islands." Looking at the series of events all this seems to be starting to make sense.

"Do you have any evidence that the hit man was on the islands?" My toot.

"Nothing." Her speech. I also found a pretty good idea in a situation like this.

"All right, let's make a deal, Naava. If you help me in solving the internal problems that exist in the assassin islands then your infiltration into this region will be forgotten. In exchange I'll help you find the hit man." I asked for his opinion. Naava seemed to be weighing up his decision. Then he saw Karna.

"If your slave can defeat my slave then I will accept your offer." It turns out this woman is smart to negotiate too.

"certain. Gata, we're fulfilling our contract here. If you want revenge, do it here." Gata was quickly teleported here.

"Finally! Riza open the handcuffs! I'm gonna kill this asshole in two." Gata immediately lunged at Karna who had just been taken off her handcuffs. Riza then walked over to me with a faint face.

"Why did you accept the offer? Why do you guys always use rude ways. I don't understand." Riza complained and snatched.

"We men have our own way of solving problems, Riza. I still have an appointment for him anyway." My answer.

"You sure you didn't question my identity?" Naava asked suddenly in the middle of me watching Gata fight with Karna.

"No, it's okay. Do you want me to ask you?" Naava only fell silent with a pale face.

"From your expression alone I know it. Never mind. After all, we have agreed only to cooperate, not dismantle identity. I know you're trying to protect your country. And you're a woman too. I am at least against a woman. That's all."

Well, even though I killed Nishimiya, Shizuka, and Shizuku anyway.
