Wen Li Part 2 Special

"Long Bai!!" My mind is filled with her face.

When I heard of Long Bai's death, I thoughtlessly ran out of the tower and rushed towards the parking lot.

"Wen Li!!"

Shouted Berto who suddenly in front of me with his car, saw him using his personal car I thought to ask him to take me to headquarters.

I was surprised that he was here maybe to pick me up. He is Berto, a former vice-captain at BrotherHood with reddish hair and a mage. Now he has become a captain in his own guild called Fox, a Guild that Berto created to mine himself that has a clever mindset.

Berto plugged the gas of the car we were riding up to almost the maximum speed that the car was capable of delivering. But it all ended when Berto opted out because there was a dispute between him and Long Bai regarding the change of chairman in the BrotherHood guild. However, Long Bai also remained adamant about not wanting to make a change to Berto and resulting in a breakup between them. It was at that split moment that I lost half my heart that made me feel comfortable in an environment. All this time I've been living in a pressure where I have to live as a vagrant, but in a time of tragedy where everyone gets a Force award, it makes my life turn 360 degrees. Even though I was no longer confused, but the affection of a family I never got and only in this guild did I get it.

We immediately boarded the floor where Long Bai was killed, by the time we reached the floor there were already many people from the government rather people from the hunting division were identifying the body of Long Bai who was covered in blood on the floor of his room.

I was very surprised to see his body. His eyes glared as if something had happened before he was killed.

"This is not right!" I thought as I looked at Long Bai's body.

I immediately ran back to the elevator and towards the monitor room containing the CCTV recordings, that was the only thing I thought about to find out who Long Bai's killer was today. But when I entered, people from the government also filled the room and were seen checking the record section of the CCTV.

"How's?! Did you guys find anything?!" Ask me immediately.

"What?! Deleted?! Who removed it? and also that's when I started doing the raid!" Thought I was surprised.

I kept thinking in the room with anxiety and anger, my heart was currently mixed and made me unable to think clearly.

"Are any members betrayed?" My cetus without any evidence.

I immediately ran towards the elevator and towards the lobby where the members were currently gathered due to the incident. They looked anxious and frightened at the death of Captain Long Bai. People as strong as captain Long Bai can be killed within his own base, and perhaps the motive for the killing of the unknown captain Long Bai triggers their fears.

"Hey.. do you feel like this is a grudge? Captain Long Bai has a lot of enemies out there." said one of the frightened members.

"But where is it possible? If there really was an attack they should have all known and the guild alarm was on" I thought dismissing the first assumption.

My head started to get dizzy and I felt the air around me getting heavy, maybe it was because of a panic and shock that was engulfing me. While I was experiencing the shock, I was surprised by Berto holding my shoulder.

"Wen Li's! Are you okay?!" Ask her to worry about me.

I turned to him with a face of shock, "We must find the killer! Let's go find Berto!"

The other members immediately turned their heads towards me and stared in fear.

"Do you want to find the culprit?!" Ask a female hunter at the time.

"Yes! We have to find the culprit!" I said bring them.

At the same time I realized that from the look on their faces no one intended to look for the perpetrator, but there was only shyness and fear in some of the guild members' faces.

"Hey..what the fuck is your face?" Ask me wonder.

"E-eeee can't we just let this case go to the government?" Ask the male member with a little caution in conveying.

"What do you mean? Captain Long Bai has just been killed, it's possible that the killer will come after us.." I said speculate.

"That's possible, but if it's true as you say, doesn't that mean we'd rather not interfere in the search and have to stay together here?" Said another man.

The poacher's support was given to me by a keen hunter, and it made me wonder more and more about all of them, why they seemed neither empathetic nor sympathetic to the captain's death. I was furious at that behavior and immediately left the building and wanted to find a trace of the perpetrator who had killed Captain Long Bai.
