Chapter 22 The Devil of the Vanders
Arabella feels a strange atmosphere between Eugene and Aiden who look at each other dislike.
" what are they thinking? to the extent that my greetings are not answered?" inner Arabella wonder
" Oh yes, miss Arabella" Eugene said in a friendly greeting
" yes. You why? I said hello just now but you didn't hear "ask Arabella
" What are they talking about so seriously?" inner Arabella

The girl was astonished to see Eugene and Aiden looking compact.
" Did I see wrong? they looked like they wanted to fight, but now they look compact" said Arabella in her heart
" I will visit the daughter of Camille and her noble queen "said Arabella politely
" Let me be with you!" aiden and Eugene both cried

A handsome man wearing a crown with a cold face sat on his throne elegantly. There was a man dressed in shabbiness standing before him.
" Her Majesty the King, he is a spy from the kingdom of Clarines" said a man dressed as a soldier
" Cane, make him talk " said King Dominic in a cold tone
The shabbily dressed man trembled and bowed respectfully before the Tyrant king. Cane, the King's right hand raised his sword towards the man's neck.
" Pardon me, your majesty" said the man in fear
" Just say it, or your own majesty will cut off your head" Cane said threateningly with his sword
" The situation in Clarines .. I heard that the kingdom of Clarines will declare war with the kingdom of Vanders" said the man
" So they're thinking about war this fast? good, I look forward to it " said King Dominic with a scary smile
" Please set me free, your majesty, I've told you everything. And give me his reward " said the man with a smile
King Dominic took out a sword and in an instant instantly beheaded the Man. His head rolled on the red carpet and several royal guards saw him. Dominic's face was also splashed with blood from the man he cut off.
" The traitor deserves to die ! here's your reward" said King Dominic with a happy smile
" His Majesty the King hates traitors and will not forgive those who betray. This has indeed been his nature since long ago, the man is a traitor in the kingdom of Clarines of course the noble will immediately finish off his "inner Cane
Murder after murder by King Dominic has become a common thing seen by his people. He had a bad reputation before he became king, and also a sad past.
All his people knew before Dominic became king he was just the illegitimate son of his father of a prostitute, he was taken to the kingdom and subjected to violence and torture from his other brothers. For the sake of revenge, King Dominic avenged all the treatment of his older brother and coup the Vanders kingdom and claimed himself as the sole heir and became King.
He killed all 5 of his brothers and their wives, and his body was hung in the town square. Before becoming king, he was met with much opposition from the Vanders nobility as well as the people due to his inhumane behavior. However, because the people and nobles were afraid of Dominic's power they chose to submit and make Dominic as king of the Vanders.
One of Dominic's strongest reasons for being King was that he had already conquered much territory and he had great power, he was often called "Devil Vanders" by his own people.
Despite that, though, Dominic leads his people well and his kingdom becomes the most advanced and largest kingdom in the region and he will finish off anyone who is caught betraying no matter the person is a woman or a man.
" Cane, clean up the body!" king Dominic exclaimed as he walked away
" Good noble, but your majesty where are you going?" cane asked confusedly
" Cih ...I want to take a bath ", Dominic replied, rubbing the blood on his cheek "The blood of a traitor is disgusting" Dominic said, with a face that looked disgusted and a sharp eye like a heartless human.
" When will your majesty change? can anyone change it? Sometimes I feel afraid at times I will be cut down by the noble if one day I say or do the wrong thing. "inner Cane imagined

The Queen's palace. Camille wants to visit the Queen.
" I'm sorry princess, but today the noble queen is unwell and is resting" said Deborah politely

Deborah looked towards Arabella with a suspicious and cynical look.
" This servant is really disrespectful, looking at me with such a gaze. "inner Arabella is upset

" Miss Arabella why do you say that, Deborah ! you're so rude to look at Miss Arabella like that, who do you think you are?" eugene asked angrily at Deborah

Deborah knelt in front of Arabella, Arabella silently smiled faintly looking at her. He pretended to be sad in front of Eugene and Camille.

" Your highness prince, we haven't officially gotten acquainted yet, have we? my name is Ashton Benedict" Ashton said kindly

" Hey Ashton !" peter shouted while waving his hands from a distance.
Peter approached Ashton and Aiden, and immediately bowed respectfully to Aiden.
" I'm so glad to see you up close, noble prince" said Peter politely
Aiden smiled at her hearing. " Is she Arabella's sister too, right?" inner Aiden
" The prince is really like a rumor going around, you are handsome and so charismatic" Peter said in praise
" you could have been Mr. Peter" said Aiden
" As I was leaving, they seemed to want to talk "inner Aiden
Aiden practiced the sword alone, while Ashton and Peter chatted.
" Why are you here, Peter?" ask Ashton wonder
" Wouldn't he be in the academy ?" inner Ashton

" Miss Arabella, is it not too early to come to the palace?" ask Claire
