"I have to get out of this place! Got to!" adelia murmured in the heart. "But how?!"
Adelia tried to tug at her hand which was still tied to the edge of the bed. He tried several times, but still did not succeed. The man tied her so tightly that it was impossible for Adelia to let go. Even until both wrists were flushed, the bond was not released.
"I must pretend to be nice to Samuel. When he let his guard down, that was my chance to escape from this hell-like place!" again in the heart.
Right at that moment, there was the sound of someone wanting to unlock the door of the room. Adelia confirmed her position then pretended as if she was fine.
A few seconds later, Samuel appeared behind the door. The man stared intently at Adelia who was still in a bound condition and her mouth was gagged with cloth.
After closing the door again, Samuel immediately approached his bed with Adelia. The man placed the key to the room he was still holding onto the nightstand and sat down next to Adelia.
"Adelia's." Samuel gently stroked Adelia's face while tidying up her slightly messy hair.
"You must be hungry, right? I'm a bribe, yes!" said Samuel.
It just so happened that one of the servants entered the room. The waiter brought a tray of food and drinks for Adelia. Food and drink were ordered by Samuel.
The waiter handed the tray to Samuel and after Samuel greeted him, he left immediately and returned to the kitchen. Before Samuel gave the food to Adelia, he removed the cloth covering the woman's mouth.
Phew!
Adelia exhaled a long breath. Actually he was eager to scream at that time, but for the sake of launching the action, he also undoes his intentions.
"No need to scream, Adelia. For you will only waste your strength in vain. No matter how loud you scream, not even until your breath runs out, no one will hear you scream."
"If it's like that, then why did you cover my mouth with that cloth?" adelia asked while putting on a sour face.
"I don't want to hear that crumbly voice of yours. Just making my ears hurt" Samuel annoyed as he thrust the spoon he had filled with rice and side dishes into Adelia's mouth.
"This food isn't you poison, is it?" Adelia looked at Samuel with a probing gaze. Now he really couldn't trust the man.
Samuel laughed softly. He put the spoon he had thrust into Adelia's own mouth and then ate the food until it ran out. "Look! If this food is poisonous, then I'm the first person who will die after enjoying this food" Samuel said.
Samuel again thrust the spoon into Adelia's mouth and the woman immediately greeted him. Samuel smiled faintly as he rubbed the top of Adelia's head.
"According to my will, you will survive and live well with me" he said.
Adelia tried to smile even though deep in the heart of the woman she was swearing rough. "We'll see, Sam! I will definitely leave this place and you will be in jail for treating me like this."
After a while later, the food and drink was left and Adelia felt full. Adelia threw her warm smile at Samuel and invited him to speak in a spoiled style.
"Dear samuel, open the bond of my hand. I want to hug you just like I used to. I missed you, Sam! I miss the old you. Have you forgotten that a few days ago it was my birthday and you don't remember it at all. Honestly, I'm sad, Sam."
Adelia put on a sad face and it made Samuel's heart a little knock. "But promise me that you won't run away from me" Samuel said firmly.
"Yes, I promise!" adelia smiled a warm smile at Samuel and tried to convince him that she would never think of leaving him.
