Chapter 68

The sound of the apartment bell rang out. Liam didn't know who came in the morning like now. As he remembered, there was no order this morning.

Before opening the door, Liam saw a CCTV screen near the door. Check. Who is at the door. How surprised to see Loveta at the door. Liam is confused as to why Loveta came so early to his apartment.

Liam opened the door immediately. “Hai—“ Liam wants to say hello to Loveta, but it stops immediately when Loveta directly hugs Liam when the door opens. The girl's cry broke. “Love, why?” ask Liam. She was quite panicked when she saw Loveta cry.

Loveta did not answer Liam's question. She kept crying in Liam's arms. All it takes this time is a place to lean on, and only Liam, Loveta did it.

Not finding an answer from Loveta makes Liam think if Loveta just needs a place to vent his sadness. So he chose to let Loveta go first. Let a loved one cry.

Liam hugged Loveta. Gently stroked the girl's back, in order to be calmer.

“We go in first.” A few moments later Liam invites Loveta into his apartment. She is afraid of disturbing the apartment dwellers when Loveta cries outside.

Loveta just nodded, but still continued to cry.

Liam immediately closed the door to his apartment. Then invite Loveta to sit on the sofa in the living room.

Loveta is still crying. He was still so devastated when he found out that Leo had intercourse with another woman.

“What exactly is it?” ask Liam.

Loveta is still crying. He couldn't tell me what had just happened.  

Liam chose to wait for Loveta much more calmly first. Let Loveta cry.

About half an hour of Loveta crying, Loveta finally calmed down. Liam takes the water for Loveta.

Loveta drank first to calm herself down. When she felt much calmer, she finally started to tell stories.

“Why Leo?” Liam panicked. Fear Leo did something bad to Loveta.

“Leo sleeping with other women.” Loveta explains to Liam what happened.

Liam rounded his eyes. He was really surprised to hear that. Didn't expect that Leo would do such a bad thing.

“You see him?” ask Liam to make sure.

“Iya, his mother was looking for him because he did not go to the hospital. I guess he's in the apartment. That's why I went there. And sure enough he was there. Unfortunately, he was with a woman without wearing any clothes at all.” Loveta's crying broke back. She felt devastated when she saw the man she had been with all this time betray her.

Liam still couldn't believe it. Though yesterday he saw Leo who still shows how much he loves Loveta, but now suddenly he betrayed.

Liam took Loveta into his arms. Tried to calm him.

“Tenace.” Liam realized that was all he could do.

“I don't want to be with a guy like that, sister. I hate him. He betrayed me.” In Liam's arms, Loveta expressed her frustration.

Liam could not comment. Moreover, Loveta looked with her own eyes.

“Then what do you want to do?” Liam tried asking Loveta.

Loveta kept her body away from Liam.  “I'll tell papi and cancel our wedding.” Loveta cannot continue her marriage. Especially with the man who betrayed her.

Liam termangu's. Is destiny on his side? Because that's what Liam had always expected. Waiting for Loveta and Leo to run aground.
