After a stressful dinner for Mia, the four of them are now in the living room.

Mr. Alex was sitting next to his wife while Daniel was in the other seat, while Mia as usual she was standing like a subordinate in general.

To be honest Daniel and Mia are both impatient to wait for what daddy Alex wants to say but it seems like the man is actually buying time by inviting them to dinner first and now eating snacks.

"Dad, actually what Daddy wants to say. I've been with you guys for dinner so now Daddy can say it" said Daniel, who was impatient.

"Why are you in such a hurry, stay a little while longer. Don't you miss us, so come home busy with your work and don't come home too" said Daddy Alex.

"It's not so Dad, I don't have much time to just sit here. I still have to prepare for surgery tomorrow" Daniel explained so that his parents don't misunderstand.

"Yes well, Daddy will say it now." Daddy Alex looked at Mia who had been silent since seeing the family interaction.

"And you, sit down Mia," Daddy Alex ordered.

"I'd better wait outside sir, excuse me." Mia felt that they would talk about family matters and that she would not feel good if she continued to be there.

"Who told you to go, sit down!"

Mia had no reason to leave. He sat on the sofa too.

"Before there was something Daddy wanted to ask you both. What really happened that night?" ask Daddy Alex to both of them, Daniel and Mia.

Mommy Tania took the tab and looked at the contents of the tape her husband was referring to. Where a woman and a man were taken into a hotel room drunk, then the next morning they just came out of the room with the state of the woman who came out first by crying and holding something.

"This. how can you be like this." Mommy Tania shut her mouth in disbelief and disappointed at the contents of the tape.

While Daniel and Mia can already guess what the content of the recording is. They forget that there is a cctv in the hotel they occupy but not all this time Daddy Alex is ordinary then why suddenly find out about that night.

"Mom's... Dad... I'm sorry Daniel let you guys down, but I really didn't do it on purpose." Daniel's words did not relieve the emotions of his parents but instead made them more disappointed.

It's my fault that I can't do my job properly. If that night I could control my emotions and not drink, it wouldn't be like this. Mr. Alex must be very disappointed in me. I have to apologize but even if Mr. Alex still wants to fire me, I will accept it.

Mia stood up from her seat. Then bow his body to the boss.

"I'm sorry, sir, I was negligent in my duties that night. I'll take care of the recording so it doesn't spread and I'm ready to take your punishment."

Daniel was astonished at the woman. Perhaps if it was another woman, they would take advantage of the opportunity to hold her accountable or indemnify in large numbers. But the woman apologized and accepted the punishment.

Daniel stood up because he was also guilty. "Dad, Mom. I'm sorry Daniel, it's my fault so just punish me."

Mommy Tania was indeed disappointed in their actions, although it is common for lovers to spend the night together but seeing that he was disappointed in his son for not saying that he was in a relationship with his husband's secretary or maybe the woman who had trapped him his son spent the night with him.

"Daddy is disappointed in you for covering it up to us. Especially you Niel, as a man how can you do that and then feel absolutely no guilt." Alex was very disappointed in his son.

"Dad, this is not our son's fault entirely. They were both drunk and unaware of what they were doing. Mia should have brought our son home instead of taking him to the hotel, too" mother Tania said.

The words were very painful for Mia, as if she was the one who planned it all.

It's only natural that Madame Tania thinks like that, thinking that I intentionally did that to frame her son.

"Mom. Mommy saw for herself that the one who took them to the hotel was someone else. They were both in one room in a drunken state, who could guess what would happen. You should blame your son for not being able to hold back." Daddy Alex defending Mia.

"Then what do you want Daddy now?" ask mommy Tania.

"Of course Daddy wants our son to take responsibility for what he did to Mia by marrying her!" Firm Daddy Alex.

Daniel and Mia raised their heads, not believing what they were hearing. Especially Mia who did not expect that Mr. Alex would ask her son to marry her who was not at all commensurate with their family.

"Is Daddy sure, let's ask them first. Maybe they have another way out" suggested mommy Tania, not that she was against her son being held accountable but that she thought the matter needed to be investigated further. Although Mia has worked for a long time with her husband does not mean she may not have a plan. What if Mia does that on purpose, then the son has to get stuck in a loveless marriage.

"What else would they choose, there is no other way but to be responsible. Mom, I don't want my son to be an irresponsible man."

"Daddy's right Mom, Daniel has to take responsibility."
