Rania returns to the hospital with a manyun face as Chris casually steals a kiss from her lips. The girl also walked towards her post at the IGD because tonight she had to stand guard there.

"Doctor Bianchi... Coffee?" hail Sister Amy while giving a glass containing coffee.

"Thank you sister Amy..." Rania sipped her coffee.

"Are you okay Doc?" Sister Amy sat next to Rania.

"Between good and not good." murmured Rania floating.

"Is it because of Mr Chris?" god Sister Amy.

Rania turns to Judes to sister Amy. "Who is also upset when a human is left minus the moral !"

"Dok, if you're with Mr. Chris, it's also a good fit. Equally fucked.." lick sister Amy. "Imagine you're just as compact as flirting super Intendant Alex Darling when you often don't get along."

Days passed, and Alex Darling was back to work as usual as well as Rania and Alisha.

This afternoon Rania has just completed a visit to her patient after undergoing appendectomy, and is planning to go home when a woman who seems to be a teacher, comes to the IGD hospital.

"I need a doctor ! My neighbor is hysterical !" the woman shouted while next to her the boy screamed like fear.

"I'm doctor Bianchi. Can I help you?" rania asked as she approached the woman. "First - Tama, your name? The name of this boy?"

"I'm Angelie, the guardian of this boy, Billy Gallagher. I don't know what happened, but when I got home from school, Billy yelled hysterically." Angelie hugged Billy who still looked frightened.

Rania is crouching in front of Billy. "Hi, Billy. I'm Dr. Rania Bianchi. We go to my room. There's plenty of food there.." persuaded Rania.

Billy's blue eyes looked fearfully at Rania.

"It's okay. Or do you want chocolate ice cream? Or pie? Or do I have a pizza?"

"Ess ... Cream."

Rania smiled. "Yuk, we're going to Bianchi's doctor's office... Namely me. Let Billy eat ice cream comfortably." Rania whispered in front of Billy. "So no one is jealous of you... "

"Alright Miss Angelie. Tomorrow you bring Billy here to be counseled by a child psychologist. I'll send an email to my colleague, and at nine in the morning, please bring Billy here. I'll make the schedule." Rania picks up her phone and sends an email to Alisha and makes an appointment.

"Good doctor Bianchi, thank you."

"With Miss Angelie, our neighbor. Grandma is on vacation in Greece..."

Alisha stroked Billy's head gently. "Let me figure out how you can get away from your grandmother."

Suddenly Billy hugged Alisha. "Thank you, my lady ..."

Alisha smiled and returned the hug of the boy.

"I feel like I want to burn the penan and hook the attached grandmother !" rania is upset when she and Alisha have lunch.

"Sir, your attached grandmother did not perform. Lose your knowledge" replied Alisha with a smile.

"Hiiihhhhh it feels like I want my body's duwel dedel and I keep feeding Opa piranha fish !" rania growled while stabbing her chicken katsu.

"Sir, did I ask for Opa Benji's help?" ask Alisha.

"Help for espionage tools? Make a case for evidence of Grandma's crimes ? Just ask Sha. You have to get the evidence and the legal evidence and so on, so that's Alex Darling's business. I'll tell him later ! Oh, what kind of grandma you meet, tell me!" rania judes.

"Do you want anything?" ask Alisha worriedly.
