Rania listened to the story of Alisha who had installed CCTV in Billy's flat and it felt like she had wanted to inject cyanide mixed with succinylcholine and could black mamba.

"What if I inject a mixture of three ingredients?" grinning Rania after seeing CCTV footage in Billy Gallagher's flat.

"Not until five minutes has been mbak mbak makat." replied Alisha who was getting anxious with her brother who was rather psycho.

"You careful. This evidence should not be lost so that Alex can have demanding material."

"Yes mbak. Oh, do you know, Oom Gabriel and Aunt Garvita want to take Billy to be their adopted son. I'm the same mommy who happened to be with Aunt Garvita while in Brussels. And Lena is also enthusiastic about having a younger brother." said Alisha. Lena or Galena is the daughter of Gabriel Luna and Garvita Schumacher. The blue-eyed girl, like her mother, was attending Mohammed bin Rashid Medical University.

Royale Hospital London The Next Day.

Rania stared in disbelief as to who her patient was this morning. "Miss Angelie's... What's going on?" the doctor asked while checking Billy's body condition.

"He fell Doctor Bianchi... Her grandmother said she tripped on a shoelace" Angelie replied.

Rania squinted her forehead. Shoelaces? But this is not like falling due to a strap. "Bring it to the observation room, I'm sure this brat's got a concussion !" rania orders while carrying Billy over the gurney.

Rania comes to Alisha's counselling room after the examination and has to wait because her sister still has clients. Half an hour later, the counseling session ended and Alisha walked out of her room. The girl looked surprised to see her brother looking anxious.

"Sha, have you seen the CCTV you installed today?" rania asked with an urgent tone.

"Not yet, I was in college, I kept counseling. Open the phone was not able to. What's wrong, mbak?" Alisha's brown eyes looked at her confused sister.

Rania did not answer but immediately pulled her sister's hand. One of her bodyguards, Jossie follows the two girls while Mary remains on guard in Alisha's counselling room.

"Sir, where are we going?" alisha asked feeling that her sister was strange this afternoon.

Rania does not answer but immediately takes her sister to a nursery and Alisha is surprised to see Billy lying on top of a gurney.

"Bi..billy? What happened mbak?" Alisha rushed over to the poor boy. There was a cast on his right foot, as well as on his left hand. The handsome boy's face looked pale.

"Fall from the apartment stairs. Diagnosis, mild concussion, dislocation of the wrist, fractured right leg."

"Who brought him here?" alisha asked while stroking Billy's hair.

"Angelies."

"Where's the granny?"

"By giving evidence to Scotland Yard."

"Early details?"

"Billy tripped on his shoelace and fell down the stairs. The grandmother could not catch him on the grounds of losing fast."

Rania surprised. "You've got to be kidding me!"

"Because last night, the grandmother cursed Billy to die."

Alisha asks Jossie to pick up her MacBook in her counselling room, while she accompanies Billy, who is still asleep.

Rania who checked the condition of the boy could see his sister's face like she was about to eat people. Alisha is known for being a gentle girl in public, originally she was very brutal but had to be detained all along.

"Your highness, this is your MacBook." Jossie handed it to Alisha.

"Thanks Jossie." Alisha receives her MacBook and sits on the sofa and starts opening the CCTV folder where Billy and his grandmother live. Rania followed her sister and sat down next to her.

"Try from last night Sha" Rania's pinta.

Alisha also played CCTV footage from last night that she saw along with Raine and Eleonore. The girl had to pierce her ears to hear her sister's curse when she saw how Billy's grandmother had cursed her grandson.

"It feels like I want poison with aconite. Enough 2.0mg of koit without a trace!" omel Rania gomass.

"Mbak, aconite plant is only present in the highlands of India, Nepal, Himalaya, Japan and China."

"Begging Hyde tho! Easy!" balas Rania fierce.

"Astaghfiullah! Mas Hyde chose to throw to Empang instead." kekeh Alisha.

"It seems more exciting to be poisoned" said Rania.

Alisha just shook her head then both of them seriously stared at the CCTV footage and afterwards they were both shocked.

Billy fell not because he stepped on his shoelace but the grandmother pushed him with a hockey stick that was about to be thrown away.

"It's an attempted murder!" furious Rania. "Let me call Scotland Yard!"

"But mbak, this recording was obtained when I accidentally installed it without permission..."

"Alisha! Have you forgotten who you are? You are the Belgian princess and counselor Billy! It's only natural that you install CCTV because you want to find out why your client should get counseling!"

Alisha looked at her sister. "Yes anyway... "

"Believe the same. Alex Darling should know!" Rania took her phone. "Hello, Darling. Can you go to my hospital?"
