Suddenly the boy turned towards him, with hazel-brown eyes, he glanced at the two foxes waving out from behind Karura's body. The boy looked surprised, but a second later his expression returned to normal

"I think those people are gone! We should also get out of here! " The boy clasped Karura's hand. However, Karura quickly knocked him down. To him, he could not trust humans that easily. But on the other hand he also did not want the child to be hurt by it

" But aren't you afraid of me? I am a Yokai. If you keep on with me, you can go wretched too! They're hunting me to get my tails for money. Anything they can do, including killing you! "

" I'm not afraid of you. And also, there is no reason for me to let you be hunted by those bad guys! No more time, hurry! " say the boy.

They decided to escape at the same time. But unfortunately, one of the hunters saw them and pointed a bow with a poisoned arrow right at them.

The arrows had already been removed, shot and targeted Karura. The boy realized Karura was in danger, quickly pushed their bodies and ended up falling into a ravine.

Darkened. That was all Karura could see. He felt his body fall into a bottomless pit. He thought, Is this the end of his life? Karura tried to open his eyes. Something warm seemed to be hugging his still trembling body.

Faintly he saw the figure of a boy still closed. Her red hair was wet from the blood coming out from the wound on her head. Karura realized that the boy had not only saved him. However, he also sacrificed his life for Karura

"Hey! Wake up! " said Karura with a blank look. He shook the body of the child he was still overrunning. The child did not respond, could it be that he was dead? Karura immediately checked the boy's pulse, it seemed that he was already very dying. Only a dashed breath could Karura feel coming out of the child's nose.

Karura reached for the pale face of the boy in front of him. Drop by drop his tears began to wet the face of the still faithful boy closing his eyes.

Slowly, he opened the child's mouth and began to bring his face closer. A white marble shot out from his mouth, with Karura slowly directing the dazzling light-filled marble into the child's mouth through his mouth. One of the two tails he had started to vanish. Now, Karura only had one tail left.

Karura was busy watching the child in front of him, without realizing someone patted his shoulder from behind.

Without Zou noticing, Karura began to raise his consciousness. Faintly he saw the red-haired male figure being so close to him

However, a second later Karura's face turned red. He had just realized something chewy and warm was dancing on his cooling shoulders.
