EPS. 42. Conscious.

Sierra opened his eyes slowly, Arthur kissed Sierra so enthusiastically because Sierra finally regained consciousness.

"Dear, thank you for hearing me. " Said Arthur.

Apparently Sierra is currently in the hospital, it has been almost a week apparently Sierra unconscious.

" Arthur.." Sierra Say.

" Yes, baby, you want something??" Said Arthur.

" I met my mother.. " Sierras say.

I don't know why the corner of Arthur's eyes suddenly flowed tears and fell just like that. Not that Arthur was whiny, but it was the first time he had fallen in love, and he was afraid of losing Sierra.

" I know.." Arthur nodded.

" You crying.??" Sierra Say.

When Sierra was about to wake up, he realized that he was in the hospital.

" I'm in the hospital.?" Ask Sierra.

" Yes, you were unconscious for almost a week, just kept mumbling and mumbling but didn't want to get up." Said Arthur.

Sierra was certainly surprised, apparently had been unconscious for a long time.

Arthur helps Sierra sit up and lean on the bed.

" Thank you.." Sierra Say.

" For.??" Arthur was confused.

" Call me home. Your voice has penetrated my subconscious many times. And it makes me have a little bit of consciousness there." Sierra Say.

" I'm grateful, because you want to stay with me." Said Arthur.

The sound of the door on the knock.

" Miss Sierra, are you conscious.??" Said Sammy surprised to see Sierra already sitting leaning back.

" It's the doctor.. Sammy." Sierra said reread the name on the Sammy ID card.

" Good, then let me check your situation first." Sammy.

Sierra nodded, then Sammy checked Sierra's condition. And everything is normal.

" Everything's normal, your heart rate, your blood pressure, it's just that you have to eat a nutritious diet." Sammy.

" Thank you doc." Sierra Say.

" If it's over, you can get out." Said Arthur.

" You guys look very familiar." Sierra Say.

" The four of us grew up together, so it's like brothers. " Speak Arthur, while peeling the fruit for Sierra.

" I, Sammy, Tobiaz and Malvin. We grew up together." Said Arthur.

" Sistant Malvin.??? " Sierras was surprised.

" Yes, he was the smallest of us. " Said Arthur.

" Woahs.. But why did he call you young master.?" Sierra Say.

" It's all so, just at certain moments speaking is not formal." Said Arthur. Sierra only nodded his head in understanding although still being with the policy.

To esokan day..

Arthur pushes Sierra in the hospital wheelchair, and they head to the lobby where Arthur's car is waiting.

Sierra kept asking to go home because he really didn't feel any pain.

By all means of persuasion, Sierra convinces Arthur, and Arthur agrees. But Sierra was forbidden to walk directly, Arthur gave Sierra two options.. Sitting in a wheelchair and being pushed by Arthur, or Arthur is directly a Bride style.

Of course Sierra directly chose the first option. He did not want the entire hospital excited by the sight of Arthur who was carrying himself. And this is how it ends.. They walked down the hospital corridor, and ended up being attentive.

" Arthur, why does everyone keep staring at us.?" Said Sierra while whispering.

" Certainly because they see a pair of lovers who are as compatible and romantic as we are." Said Arthur lightly.

" No - no, I feel more like you're the one who's got their attention." Sierra Say.

" How else, you turned down the second option, so we're the center of attention now." Arthur shrugged both of his shoulders which Sierra could not see.

" then?? If I was carried by you wouldn't we be the center of attention.?" Sierra Say.

" Of course not. You cut my words while I was giving you a choice, you listen to the whole of my words." Said Arthur.

" Oh, so how about.??" Sierra Say.

Arthur chuckles at Sierra's enthusiastic look.

" It's too late, we're down. Can't choose the second option." Said Arthur.

Sure enough, apparently they have arrived at the loby. Arthur took Sierra and put him in the car, and followed him around the car. Malvin shut the door, and the car drove away.

" Have you made sure there's no journalists or anything like that around us.?" Arthur told Malvin.

" It's young master, everything is safe." Malvin.

Sierra watched their conversation, as Arthur said last night, they were very professional. It doesn't seem at all that they know each other.

Somewhere else..

Daniel stood in front of Sophia's headstone, after days of confining himself to regret his actions and to his folly, finally he decided to visit Sophia's grave.

" Sophia.. You must hate me so much.." Daniel's words.

Daniel sat down before Sophia's headstone. His head lowered as if he was embarrassed to look at the tombstone of the woman he loved so much, which he always wiped when he visited her.

" I have to how Sophia.. " Said Daniel.

When Daniel's body shook, he cried. For the umpteenth time he wept, as he remembered his faults, his regrets, and his deeds to his own biological daughter, Sierra.

" I'm a bad father.. You saved her, so she could live, but I made her slowly die in my own hands.. Hix.. Hix.. " Say Daniel, sobbing.

Indeed, Daniel never wept until so bitter and sobbing apart from the death of his wife, Sophia. And for the past few days, she's been crying over Sierra, her daughter. Daniel was so claustrophobic when he learned the truth he knew at Arthur's residence.

Plus when he got a report on the investigation conducted by his men about Sierra's life. Daniel broke down in tears hugging Sierra's photo for days these past few days.

How not, they live on one roof but Daniel really does not know the suffering of his biological daughter. Because so he did not care about Sierra at that time until the slightest thing about Sierra, he did not want to know.

Daniel cried bitterly when he saw all the photos of Sierra apparently working all this time, even since Sierra was in junior high school. Not to mention, when he learned that Sierra was made a servant in his own house, and lived in the warehouse of that house.

" Sophia.I'm sorry.I've tortured our own children even using my own hands." Daniel looked at the hand he always used to slap Sierra.
