Lydia framed the guy who stole the files

"What happened sir?"said Santi.

"Is there something to our work?"employee says.

"Yes, the project we worked on last night was lost" said Mr. Hardi.

All employees who were there were surprised by Mr. Hardi's words that the project they were working on last night was lost, especially soon the project will be made meeting. That morning the atmosphere of the Lydia division was very chaotic because all employees were confused about the results of their hard work for several days is missing there are people who have deleted the file.

"Sorry, you've been waiting in the meeting room" said Rara.

"Well, we'll be there, thank you for reminding us" said Lydia, who made Rara smile.

"We have gone to the meeting room first about how Mr. Alex we will deal with it together" said Mr. Hardi.

Employees were divided Mr. Hardi walked to the meeting room, when they entered the meeting room turned out all were already there only their divisions that had not entered the room. Alex could see the tense faces of all the employees from Hardi's pack division. He's sure if something happens with that division but he'll find out later.

"Where are you going to be late?"said Alex.

"Sorry sir, we are in trouble" said Mr. Hardi.

All the employees who were there were confused about what was going on with them, Alex also saw their tense face but not with Lydia. Lydia remains calm as always, Alex is convinced if there's anything Lydia wants to do but what. Alex wants to follow the plot that Lydia has made sure the woman has a reason to do this.

"What's that about?"alex said coldly.

"Sorry sir, the project files we created are lost and erased" Mr. Hardi said.

Mr. Hardi's words surprised everyone and they were also sure that this time Mr. Alex would not forgive the division because this project is a very important project. Moreover, the client was not a careless person, Lydia calmly looked at the faces full of worries but not with a woman. Lydia smiled as she looked at the woman, Alex who saw Lydia staring at a female employee was sure that Lydia knew something but she just wanted to frame someone.

"How come you know this project is a very important project for me?"alex said in his angry voice.

"Pardon us sir, we promise to finish the project soon" said Mr. Hardi.

"I don't want to know and won't believe you anymore. Does anyone have any ideas for this project?"said Alex.

"But sir, we can finish tonight as well" Lydia pleaded.

"Son, I don't believe what you're saying anymore. If anyone has an idea then I'll leave the project to your divis" Alex said.

"I have a sir" said the new employee to his surprise.

"You don't have to be weird" said the manager.

"Relax sir I have a good project idea if you want to see I will explain and show" said the new employee.

Alex looked at Lydia sharply making Lydia smile but Alex sighed while shaking her head.

"Alright, please deliver your project" Alex said.

The new employee confidently inserted a daptop flash drive and turned on the projector's recording. Alex and Hardi's divisional employees were surprised because what the new employee showed and explained was the same as what they made. The other division that didn't know it was Lydia's project praised the new employee because the project he described was very interesting and was convinced that Mr. Alex would love it not only Mr. Alex but their clients too.

"How's mister?"said new employee.

"Where did you get that idea?"alex said he surprised other employees why Ceo asked about it.

"It's my own idea sir" said the new employee.

Alex, who was impatient to hear the honesty of the new employee, clicked the table making all employees there frightened but not with Lydia. Lydia leaves it all to Alex but if she doesn't tell him the truth, she'll leave it to Alex.

"Tell the truth don't lie" Alex said coldly.

"Absolutely stupid, are you saying now or is the police station going to answer everything?"said Alex.

"Sir, why bring the police?"the manager said to Alex.

"How can I not put him in jail, he has stolen someone else's project" Alex said.

"How can my master not understand?"said manager.

"You know the project he showed us was a hard work project divided by Mr. Hardi. If you don't believe just ask them!"alex said to everyone's surprise.

Mr. Hardi and his employees are grateful that Mr. Alex knows if it's the project but how the employee got the project. All the employees asked Mr. Hardi and Mr. Hardi said if it was a project he was working on by all his employees. Everyone there was surprised but the new employee remained tight-lipped if the project was the result of his own hard work. Lydia who could not stand the words and insults of the woman to him began to speak.

"If it's true that it's your hard work, where did you get the inspiration to make that project?"lydia said coldly and firmly.

Everyone there is shocked by Lydia's attitude, not just the employee but Alex. During this time Lydia was always friendly and gentle now changed firmly, Alex did know Lydia's background was not an ordinary person but she did not expect if Lydia could be that firm.

"Nobody I'm just thinking" the new employee said, making Lydia smile cynically.

"As long as you know the project I'm inspired by my son who I left for work, I want him to get a nutritious snack even if it's just a snack. You gonna confess or I'm gonna open up what you've done?"said Lydia.

"Do you have any evidence?"said the new employee casually made Lydia's smile widen.

"I wouldn't be this confident if I didn't have proof. Mr Hardi can help me?"said Lydia.

Mr. Hardi interrupted and took the flash in Lydia's hand and walked to the projector to turn on the recorded footage. They were all surprised by what he saw they didn't expect that there was a recording of what the new employee was doing. The woman was afraid not to believe what she saw while Lydia just smiled and Alex waded the thumbs of his subordinates and friends.

"How do you still want to avoid it?"said mr. Hardi.

"You're a new employee but you've been running, as long as you know it can't be that easy you can get a big project if there are no traps in it" said Santi with a smile.

"You I fired and you're saying that if you've been fired from this company, you won't be able to work anywhere?"said Alex.

"Wait a minute, don't fire her, sir" said Lydia, leaving everyone shocked by Lydia's words.

"Then what do you want to do with this woman, Ly?"said Alex.

"Yes Ly, you let him go will make him visit even more" said Santi.

"He won't visit again, ma'am can I take him as my personal assistant?"lydia said to make everyone surprised.

"Yes I'm from Indonesia, but why aren't you angry with me why did you make me your assistant?"the woman said it made Lydia smile.

"So Lydia's assistant is not easy, hopefully you feel at home with her behavior and discipline. How did you allow him to move divisions?"alex asked the manager.

"You don't want anything to do, any more than he's fired, love the potential he can actually develop so I take him" said the female manager.

"Alright, then this matter is over. Mr. Hardi and Lydia come with me to my room after this, I want to ask for the project file to be sent to the client and later if he asks for an explanation you can explain directly" Alex said.
