A cold wind swept through the city streets. Slowly, the body of the mad woman who had just given birth, began to be buried by piles of garbage. Suddenly, the clouds began to cry. The drizzle began to wet the people who ran small. A dirty dog screamed loudly near the child who was buried by the garbage. Until finally, making a drunk man who was on the second floor of the slum was furious. He then opened the window even though he was just throwing insults at the dog.

"Go you!! Stupid dog!!!"

Without hesitation, he deliberately threw a bottle of liquor that only a little left in the direction of the dog. But what happened made him confused. The throw revealed a hand lying behind a pile of garbage. He suddenly realized from his drunkenness when his brain had just concluded that behind the pile of garbage there was a corpse.

The sound of police sirens gushed into every corner of the slum. Seeing signs of life, the officers quickly evacuated the child. But again and again, the monitor again sounded when the doctor was about to stick the syringe to the helpless body. Instantly, those present in the room became silent in daydreams. They felt they had committed a fatal mistake against Jacob. They returned to the discussion and unanimously canceled the mistake they had made.

After a few days since the incident, the doctor who handled Jacob looked pensive to see Jacob who could only lie in his bed. From that silence came a light that shone upon his innermost thoughts. The doctor began to write a book about his patient. In the book, the doctor provides various kinds of information about Jacob. Starting from his birth story, medical records, his daily life, and others. Until finally the book of the doctor's work sold well in the market and won an award in the field of health.

This time, Jacob who could only lie down and could not do anything was getting royalties from the award prizes and the sale of the book. Jacob was finally able to pay for his medical and treatment costs that never paid off after a long time in the hospital. Even the doctors discussed and advised Jacob to immediately be moved from the usual room to the VVIP room thanks to the royalties he got.

The atmosphere of the hospital looks much different than it usually is. They all become very busy due to the large number of visits of people from different parts of the world. "Dad.. Mom just died, Dad. Mom told me that she loved Dad very much. No matter what your circumstances, you'll always love me."

"Dad.. Now my grandson is in elementary school. My granddaughter said she wanted to be a doctor."

At the end of the story Jacob who has died is seen being carried by his son to the burrow. The sound of haru's cry and the sorrowful gazes from his son-in-law and granddaughter broke the silence of the twilight scene.
