Ouyang Shao Chen continued, “The button that Qing Yuyuan suppressed was not a trap, but a secret tunnel that led directly to the mansion. Although the passageway was narrow, damp, dark and smelly, there was no trap whatsoever. That's why we were in front of you and reached the mansion safely!”

Qing Yuyuan's intention was to trick them into a trap to injure and kill them, yet she instead created a shortcut for them, letting them escape through the tunnel and steal all their treasures!

Ye Yichen's face slumped. He looked at Qin Yuyuan with his dark eyes, not saying a word. No one knows what he's thinking!

“Mr Jing Wang, the people you choose very carefully have created more problems for you instead of lightening your load. They are completely useless. Your taste is so bad that I cannot respect you!” Ouyang Shao Chen scowled at Qin Yuyuan and mocked them rudely.

Ye Yichen was furious, "Ouyang Shao Chen, you have no right to tell me what I should do!"

“That's your problem, I'm not interested!” Ouyang Shao Chen replied coldly. He turned around and looked at Murong Xue, then said in a soft voice, “It's late, let's go back to the city.”

"All right!" Murong Xue nodded and walked forward. They had finally obtained the treasure, so he did not need to stay here any longer. As for Ye Yichen, he did not care whether he lived or died!

Looking at his unshakable shadow, Ye Yichen narrowed his eyes. She did not listen to him, but she had to admit that even though Qin Yuyuan was Mobei's daughter, she could never compete with Murong Xue!

Especially on the adventure aspect, because Murong Xue was born observant. Even he couldn't compete with that. The fact that Ouyang Shao Chen could obtain the treasure was also because of him!

Ouyang Shao Chen looked far away and told Murong Xue who was beside him, “The treasure has been placed on the carriage. Do you want to send your parts back to Zhen residence ?”

Murong Xue shook her head, “Don't now, just put it together with yours. I'll pick it up when I need it.”

Ye Yichen missed those precious gems, if he brought them back to his house, Ye Yichen might send his spies to steal them. He knew their home was not a competitor of Jing Wang's residence . It would be a waste if Ye Yichen stole all of his treasures after he risked his life to find them!

“Better like that.” Ouyang Shao Chen nodded in agreement. His eyes stared into deep space, “The amount of treasure is huge. It will attract attention wherever we take it. I will ask my bodyguards to keep it in a safe place first, then we will bring it back to the Xiao Yao residence secretly.”

"All right." Murong Xue was pleased with this plan. He knew that the treasure would remain safe under the supervision of the guards of the Xiao Yao Residence, so it did not matter where they kept it.

A light breeze blew across the land, carrying a foul scent, and Murong Xue was shocked by it. He sniffed his sleeves and collar, then frowned.

Murong Xue rushed into the river and cupped a handful of mountain water in his palm. She frowned and started to open her belt, her buttons, then she took off her long dress and washed both of them with water.

"What are you doing?" The clear voice of a man rang out from afar, as a long musk-scented robe was thrown at him, covering his naked body.

“This is a wilderness. How can you just take off your dress? What if you meet some pervert?” Ouyang Shao Chen's face slumped when he saw it, but with his long white robe swaying in the wind, he looked extremely graceful!

Murong Xue didn't think much, “I've checked the area, and there's no one around except you!”

Ou Who is confused, “Kamu... unbutton your shirt for me..?”.
