Chapter 16's

Arlong under water.

"Once my momentum in the water increased." Arlong thought,

"It's impossible to stop me, that's why we fishmen are superior to humans." He saw Luffy looking down.

"Now!"

Luffy's on the ground.

"Shark Darts!" Arlong shot out of the water hitting Luffy and dropped him in the air as he hit the building. Luffy hit the ground first.

"Oh, well, it hurts a lot." Luffy said as he held onto his stomach.

"Wow." Arlong said out of the hole he made.

"I'm impressed, you avoided it at the last second." He said while clenching his hands.

"But the longer you prolong your death, the more painful it is." Arlong jumped towards Luffy.

"Shark Darts!" He tries to hit Luffy again but Luffy dodges. Arlong hit the edge of the ground, making it crack and become a huge cloud of dust.

Natsu and Others.

"What kind of bones does the fish man have?" Sanji asked seeing where Arlong touched the ground.

"His nose is cracked on the ground." Nami looked anxiously clenched her injured hand. He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked to the side and saw Natsu giving him a smile.

"Don't worry." He said,

"Just believe that Luffy can win this." He gave her a warm smile.

"You're right, he can."

Luffy vs Arlong's.

"Shark Darts!" Arlong came shooting from the dust that tore off Luffy's vest. He tries to get Luffy a few more times but Luffy avoids everyone. Arlong jumped back into the water.

"Hidden, Luffy!!." Usopp said,

"Yes, if you get it directly, you'll die." Sanji said,

"No." Luffy said calmly looking at the water.

"What do you mean no?" Sanji ask/scream.

"You should take cover before he strikes again."

“No way, I'll catch him and break his nose." Luffy said seriously.His fingers with one hand.

"Gomu Gomu no ... Tate!" Luffy stretched his fingers across his chest.

"Shark Darts." Arlong shot out of the water hitting Luffy's fingers. Luffy grinned at Arlong being surprised He let Arlong crash into his building as he grabbed the wall outside.

"Ha! That move won't work now." Luffy said as he looked at the hole where Arlong crashed into.

"Shark Darts." Arlong came through the roof under Luffy dropping him into the air.

"You motherfucker!" Luffy shouted to Arlong who was now holding on to the roof.

"It's just luck." Arlong jumped down after Luffy. Luffy wove his fingers on the back of his head.

"Gom Gomu...Ami!” Luffy's long outstretched finger trapped Arlong inside.

Arlong now passed by Luffy who was facing him looking up at Luffy seeing him put his feet together.

"Gomu Gomu no ... Yari!” Luffy kicked Arlong with the tip of his foot making him touch the ground making a crater and a huge cloud of dust. Luffy looked down at Arlong's immobile body.

"Did I get it?" She asked. Suddenly Arlong's eyes opened to show pure hatred, and a hint of madness.

"You wretched man" said Arlong grabbing Luffy from the air and swinging him several times. Arlong threw Luffy onto the previously made rubble, Luffy bumped into him.

"That guy's crazy." Said Luffy pushing some debris away from her.

"It didn't hurt but I knew he was upset. "Arlong ran towards Luffy with one arm outstretched. Luffy leaped aside as Arlong punched the wall and grabbed the giant sword like a chainsaw.

"That's Kiribachi!" nami said with wide eyes.

Arlong jumped up and swung his sword towards Luffy. Luffy jumped onto the floor of Arlong's nest followed by another attack. Arlong swung to the side and dropped Luffy inside. Luffy was sitting panting staring at Arlong.

"That's...It was a bit too close" Luffy said. Arlong stepped in.

"Don't run away again." Arlong said,

"We'll finish here in the highest part of Arlong park." He said with a smile, though,

"Finally.. Your death will come." Luffy looked around the rom and saw a lot of papers, books, and tables by the window where he entered.

"What room is this?" He asked, 'em,

"There's a lot of paper." All the while looking at him,

"It's not just any old room." Arlong said,

"This is the room where I made Nami draw her map." Luffy looked at the floor.

"So this is Nami's room?" He asked, 'em,

"Yes, everything you see here is much more valuable than any treasure." Arlong said arms stretched out wide.

"Nami's really brilliant when it comes to drawing maps." He said while grinning.

"His talent is too good for trash like you." Arlong said to Luffy,

"He better draw a map and build my kingdom." He said with a laugh while pointing his sword at Luffy's face.

"Mommy's mine." He said,

"Is that so?" Luffy asked clearly, though,

"Yes and you bastard humans are interfering with his business." Luffy glared at Arlong,

"I don't care what you say." He shouted at Arlong.

"Nami...Nami is our Navigator, and our Nakama!"

"Thank you?" Arlong asked, though,

"You want him to navigate for your crew? It's a waste of his talent." He said while laughing,

"Look, his skill at drawing maps is second to none." Luffy looked at the table and saw a blood-stained pen fall down and roll towards him. He picked it up and twisted it.

"I need his map for world supremacy." Arlong placed Luffy's head between the blades of his sword.

"He'll keep drawing maps for me." He said while looking at Luffy.

"And with the knowledge of all the waters of the world, we fish-men will not be invincible, and everyone will kneel before us." he said. Luffy put down his pen, and grabbed the knife in front of his face.

"What a.." thought Arlong with wide eyes.

"Kiribachi won't move." He thought about trying to pull his sword out of Luffy's grip. Luffy who was looking down looked into his eyes.broken the sword he was holding.

"Use him." He said as he looked at Arlong with a sharp look.

"What are you bastards for you to take it?" He asked angrily.

Arlong chuckled, though,

"He's better than all of you." Arlong said with a grin.

"He has his place and it's right here beside me. Nami will forever be my tool.. No, he's gonna be my friend." He finished with a crazy laugh. Luffy kicked the table outside.

Outside with Others.

Everyone was waiting to see who would come out Luffy, or Arlong when a table came out of the building. "Huh? what'sthat?" Sanji asked while looking at the table.

"Looks... The table." said Natsu. Johnny and Yosaku rubbed their heads.

"For a minute I thought it was Luffy." Yosaku said relieved. Then the bookshelf and paper came out with a table.

"Luffy...Thank you." Thank you." Nami thought tears were flowing down her face. Natsu sees her coming and takes her in a little hug raising her body temperature to be warm, She smiles, she says,

"You did it, Luffy." She thought Nojiko came and helped comfort her sister.

Inside Luffy vs. Arlongs.

"What do you think you're doing?" Arlong asked seeing Luffy kicking more stuff out of the room. He grabbed Luffy and slammed him against the wall, Arlong said. He came down and bit Luffy's neck.

"Now you've gone too far." Luffy gripped Arlong's nose and said with gritted teeth,

"All you do is talk about how the fish man is better, and how you need that map." He said pushing Arlong, he said,

"I don't care about any of that." Luffy continued, though,

"But I know what I have to do to save Nami." He broke Arlong's nose.

"This room is none other than his prison cell." He said to Arlong who was lying down while holding his nose.

"There's only one way for Nami to be free." Luffy said,

"I have to take this place down." He stretched his feet up through the ceiling and the roof high up in the ceiling.

"Gomu Gomu no..." Arlong fixed his nose.

"The stupid grounds of Arlong Park can't be destroyed especially by someone like you" he said opening his mouth.

"Sharks on Tooth." He ran towards the spinning Luffy. Luffy saw this bringing his legs down just as Arlong bit his stomach.

"No!" Luffy hit Arlong's back pushing him downstairs with a crater forming underneath. Luffy sat panting looking at Arlong's prone shape.

"Huh." He said as he watched the ceiling descend.

Out.

everyone stared running as Arlong's garden collapsed.

"Luffy!" Nami tried to run towards the collapsed building..Natsu pulled him back. He said, "But Luffy..."

"Will be fine, he's made of rubber, remember?" He asked, 'em,

"Wait until it's done down." He said Nami nodded watching the last building complete. Suddenly Luffy stood up from the rubble.

"LUFFY-ANIKI!" Johnny and Yosaku yell anime tears out of their eyes.

"He's just standing there what's up?" Usopp asked as he looked at Luffy.

"MY NAME!" Luffy shouted, "MOM! You will always be my friend!" He yelled. Nami sniffed as several tears streamed down her cheeks. "Yes." Yeah." He said with a smile. Natsu grinning.

"Look, I told you he'd be fine." She said Nami looked at him and nodded.

"Yes, you're right, thank you." He said,

"No problem." The villagers cheered and started throwing Luffy into the air several times until he fell down and landed on his head.

"You almost made us worry there Luffy." Sanji said,

"Solve the bad guys faster." Luffy sat down while rubbing his head while laughing, he stopped when he felt something in his head. She looked up and saw Nami putting her hat back on her head. Luffy stood up and did a high-five on her.

"Hold them right." They heard a voice and turned around and saw Nazume with his left arm digips and sling with the Marines brandishing guns at them.

"I saw the whole fight, and I admit I never thought Arlong's crew would lose to you rif-raf. He said, Now that Arlong has stepped aside, I think all the money he 'collects' is mine now." He said with a smile. He felt a hand on his shoulder and turned around and paled.

“I told you what would happen if I saw you again." Natsu said with Zoro beside him. Natsu's banged head jumped up and grabbed his head and descended to the ground.

One punch later.

"Now have you promised to leave Cocoyasi, and all her money, and help clean up and rebuild?" Nami asked Nezume who was on the ground with the other Marines. Nezume looked at Nami and saw Natsu beside her, grinning and cracking her knuckles.

"Yes, yes, now please let us go." Nezume pleads with Nami to take her baton and hit her head across the water and hit the wall. Natsu, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji kick the other Marines at him. "I'll catch you ... You're pirates, and Natsu." cried Nezume as he swam away.

"You'll all pay." The villagers started to celebrate.

Nezumi's.

"That's right, I want a Bounty on Monkey D. Luffy, and ‘Salamander’ Natsu Dragneel." Nezumi said to den-den mushi.

"I'm sending you a picture right now." He said,

"What's the best photo for Luffy?" He asked one of his men,

"That's all we got." The man said,

"Damn it, it has to be done." He said while looking at the picture of Luffy grinning while closing his eyes gave a sign of peace. Another picture of Natsu is that he put out the rest of the fire in his mouth and slightly pointed at the camera.

"Roger, after I verify the photo, I'll take it to headquarters." The marines on the other phone said,

"Good, remember they now want the Pirates dead or alive." Nezume said with a crazy grin.

"I want their faces on posters all over the world." He yelled.
