Chapter 419 The Luck That Still Remains

*Ch 419 The Luck That Still Remains.

Bottomless Gap*.

Talks between Lyon and Winster continue.

"Annu ... Mr. Winster, I would like to ask again, have you managed to remember the name of my heir?" ask Lyon.

This time Lyon again raised questions in the past, namely the name of the heirs of his class. Quest clues regarding the search for the identity of the forgotten person are still trapped in Winster. Lyon was unable to find any other clues that could make the Quest's destination change again. But, on the other hand, it's possible that Winster did know about the name. He used to be upset because he estimated that the developers had deliberately deleted Winster data about the identity of people who were forgotten because of their vulnerable age. But, after getting the notification of the relationship he and Winster were at the maximum bar, there was little hope for him to be able to uncover it.

Well, I gradually had a slight change after I improved my relationship with Winster ....

Winster was silent, then thought while sticking an index finger on his forehead. For a moment, he muttered, "Ah ... his name is well ...." Looks like Winster's still trying to figure it out.

On the other hand, Lyon's two eyes were increasingly wide open. The hope that was in his heart, grew bigger every time he saw Winster keep thinking. Please ... Please ... Mr. Winster, you must know.

Finally Winster replied, "Sorry Mr. Lyon."

It is an answer that can make a person mentally fall. Well, with a sense of hope if a miracle can be realized, but all that is just a dream. Lyon, this ordinary young man felt that way. His face changed drastically to such an ugly one He was already unable to work on that Quest anymore. The hope that had fallen into the abyss, then the abyss spurted out anger and resentment. It was Lyon's annoyance to the Game Developers.

Damn you, Developers .. Again you complicate my life. Just look later ....

Winster realised Lyon could not accept the answer. No need to use a hunch, just look at his changed face has shown it. Winster tried to cheer him up.

"Mr Lyon, you don't have to be sad like that. Maybe your destiny to know Identity is not for now, but believe me in the future, surely that destiny is already with you."

Lyon replied to Winster's words in such a lethargic tone, no spirit was drawn from his words.

"Well, I hope so ...."

Then, not for how long, they suddenly shook. Ardes suddenly moved from his place, leaving Lyon and others shocked.

"Why did Ardes suddenly move?!" lyon asked confusedly.

"Mr Lyon, what exactly is going on?" Winster was also confused by this incident.

Meanwhile Daniar ... "Ahhh, the earthquake!!" He was even overwhelmed indistinctly there.

Because of this strange thing, Lyon immediately stood up from his place, then continued to walk out. He wanted to see what was going on with Ardes. In a moment, he had already come out, precisely he was again standing on Ardes' head. For a moment he was silent when his gaze was looking at something.

**

Let's move to the entire Bottomless Gap.

It had been about an hour more the players and NPCs together down this Barren land. This time most of them are already in the designated location, there are also some others who are on the way.

In the east, right around the ravine, there was already a group consisting of Gordon, Armegon, and Silvana who went to inspect the area. Those in charge of inspecting the entire corner on the edge of the abyss. The players spread out, expanding the search area.

In the western part, there was a group of Sinon, Liseas, Madsword, and Viergo who took care of the territory. It is located on the border of the Death of Barren. Initially they gathered in a large circle, to have some discussions about the location of the selection of each of them. After going through enough discussions, they had taken a deal, then moved to spread according to the part they had received.

In the North, there were a large army led by Heraces, Ruby and Snowly, DeathNight, and Chaitlyn. They began to split up midway, heading to their respective places.

As time went on, they did not find any Monuments or things related to the Monuments. One by one the messages came in at Lyon's message notice, and almost all gave similar reports, 'not finding the Monument'. Obviously this adds to Lyon's uneasiness. On the other hand time kept going, and in the meantime they still had no results.

They have traced various places in the east, the bottom of the Bottomless Gap ravine which only seen the expanse of empty land and ravine so deep, then in the northern part that is connected to Death Valley Road where there is also not a single sign.

In the western part, the border area of the Death of Barren, including the old fortress once occupied by Dark Elves. As far as the eye could see, they did not encounter anything suspicious. In the vicinity of the Fortress also they found nothing related to the Monument that was sought.

In the south, barren land and also swamps filled the place. They had trouble tracing the place deeper. So, there were very few reports received from there. They are still trying to find.

Well, the results can't, but instead get another bad thing. During that quest, they get interference from the Monsters who are the residents of this place. Well, the Bottlomless Gap region also includes hunting territory.

Initially they did not emerge because of the strength of the Lich army along with the Lich itself that dominates this land. But now, Lich has been defeated. The aura that dominated this place had disappeared thus triggering the reappearance of the resident monsters to come out of their hiding place. As a result of their appearance, players and NPCs had to slow down their movements as they also had to take care of those monsters.

Not spared also at the location Lyon is located. By the time they were busy talking, suddenly their location was filled with monsters. Ardes immediately moved from there by reflex to avoid them. That left Lyon and others shocked. By the time they looked out, a horde of monsters that had out of nowhere were already willing to surround them from all sides.

"Mr Ardes, what happened? Why did this monster suddenly appear to surround us?" he said, asking while pulling his sword

Ardes replied to her remark, "It seems like they are the monsters of the permanent inhabitants of this land. They all returned to the surface because they had not felt the black aura of the Lich that had dominated this place. Therefore they all appear in great numbers."

"Stay-dweller monsters?" For a moment Lyon was confused, but after thinking about it again, he began to understand. Oh yeah! I just realized this place is a hunting ground. Heh, because it was Aura Lich that made them hide, and now they came out because that Aura had already disappeared. Argha! Why did I forget them.

Lyon finally understood. They are currently in the hunting area. Of course in the hunting area there are always monsters that inhabit the place back respawn. Previously, they had not appeared due to the Aura emitted by the Lich along with the entire Undead dominating this place. But now they no longer exist. Automatically the aura was also gone so as to trigger them to respawn back as usual.

"Okay, let's do it!"

Ardes immediately prepared himself, to begin the assault, as well as Winster and Daniar. They had already provided their weapons, and were preparing themselves if anything were to happen. Lyon also threw his sword up into the sky then turned into a dozen small swords. They will start cleaning the environment.

At that moment, a thought was stirred in Lyon's head. These monsters must be respawning all over the place. I hope they're not overwhelmed by this ....

**

It's afternoon.

Not felt when time goes by fast. The day that had been noon, now turned into an afternoon that I would soon be looking for into the night. The battle waged by Lyon and the others had also been completed since then, and they had occasionally killed some of the monsters that had returned to Respawn. But, until now Lyon still have not received the message he hoped for. They still had not found any clues or even the place from the Monument was located.

Lyon's feelings are starting to worsen. He's getting lethargic. "Heh, I still haven't received a single piece of information from them, and it's about to be late at night. I think all the luck I've used for today. After it's late, I'll tell them to go back to the palace. I'll look for him another day."

Since the day had started to end, so Lyon also planned to end the search. He felt that his luck had been used up for today. He was planning to withdraw everyone and return to the Kingdom of Heaven. He had to undo his intentions and would conduct a search the next day.

Not long after that, Winster arrived. He saw Lyon's face was not good. There must be something weighing on his mind. So he came and sat down next to her.

"Mr Lyon, what's wrong? I see your face is not as happy as before."

"Oh Mr. Winster," said Lyon, who turned for a moment to him, then returned to his original direction to look at the setting sun. "There's nothing. I was just contemplating my misfortune today while enjoying the sun that was about to sink."

"Hm ..." Winster was silent for a moment. "have you still not received the report on the stone Monument?"

"Well that's how it is" he answered briefly.

Winster also pointed his palm at Lyon's back shoulder, then patted gently. "Already, just be patient. There's still tomorrow. Maybe fate hasn't brought you together."

As the sun set, the three of them continued to enjoy the sight. Lyon momentarily sighed, then opened his screen panel. He turned to the message and began telling him to withdraw the troops. However, when he had just typed in, suddenly a message came in.

Who else is sending the message? Disturb ....

Lyon also abandoned his intention and began to check the incoming message. With her slender face she opened and began to read the contents. At first he read the message flatly. But when Lyon had finished reading, he felt that something was strange. His facial expression changed. He read the message again. And sure enough, what he saw was not wrong. His facial expression changed drastically.

**

Lyon suddenly came out from behind a translucent bush directly to the head of Ardes. "Mr Ardes!" Lyon shouted loudly to the surprise of Ardes who was relaxing.

"Mr Lyon, you surprised me ... Why are you in such a hurry?"

Lyon quickly replied, "There's no need to ask. Now hurry hurry up we'll move soon."

"Move?" he said confusedly. "Do you already know where the Monument is??"

Lyon smiled, then replied, "Mm, that's right. Now we're going there. Hurry, before nightfall."

"Good!"

Ardes began the movement, going to the place determined by Lyon. Apparently there is still luck left for today. Lyon was very happy and became very curious how the shape of the Monument was. He's not patient anymore.
