The Forgotten Legend: Next Stage!!!
Chapter 431 Meeting

Chapter 431 Meeting.

The Heaven royal palace.

Shortly after Asgur's death, the two figures walked closer to each other, until they finally faced each other, then talked.

"Darling, why did you kill him directly? I was scraping information from him. He is dead" said the woman.

Then the man replied by putting on his upset face, "I was just carried away by emotions. But, just calm down. I already knew that these were the men of the Adventure group. Surely they want to do something to let go in that human."

"Hmm" The woman seemed to be thinking about something. "If they wanted to do something like save him, they must have gone to prison. But strangely enough, they instead went all the way to the top floor of the palace. It would be against the way to prison."

The man then waved his hand casually a few times and said, "They must not know the way to the prison and end up getting lost up to here." He said that the adventurers who infiltrated in, lost because of their ignorance about the ins and outs of this Palace and finally strayed to this place.

The woman believed her words and asked a new question, "Now, how? Are we just letting them back in here, or are we going straight to their place to drive them all out."

But the man gave a sign of rejection for his words earlier. "No, we'll let them. They are not a big threat to us. If they come back in here, we'll just finish them all off, and make them our comforters before we execute the man."

"Hm, if you say so, I can only accept it." Then the woman changed the subject, "Then we parted well, honey. I have to do my daily routine."

"Alright, go. In the meantime, I'll go back to the room."

They began to separate, doing their own work. But before they parted completely, the woman turned around for a moment and asked him again, "Darling, don't you want to check on the human condition?"

For a moment the man lifted his head up, and went back down. He turned to the woman again, and said, "I don't think for now. We'll let it go first. Make him feel the atmosphere of iron bars that curb all his freedom. I want to know how long he's holding on."

The conversation ended, and the two of them disappeared mysteriously swallowed by the darkness of the night.

In the Sun And Moon Guild, the Guild Leader's room.

Armegon has re-entered the game. He intended to see the development of the palace infiltration, whether it ended good or bad.

"Well, it's time we checked their situation" he muttered, speaking to himself.

Armegon opened his screen panel and searched for the Asgur party part he had saved. So, that way he can do anything, such as calling them, checking their whereabouts, checking the situation, and others.

When he opened their Party panel, he found something that confused him, and then was dumbfounded.

"Eh, this?! It can't be!"

He could not believe what he saw with his eyes. Not the worst thing they think, but the worst thing that has happened. So, after taking a look and confirming all that, Armegon immediately rushed off down from his room, out of his Guild headquarters. Right now Armegon's goal is to go to the Soul Wings headquarters.

In a few moments, Armegon had finally arrived at the Soul Wings headquarters. Then after that, several important people from Soul Wings had been re-assembled, ranging from Sinon to DeathNight to several other NPCs. Snowly was there too. He also just got into the game.

"So, there's what Armegon needs until you tell us to come together. Is this about our intruder team?" asked Sinon to him. Armegon nodded, but showed an unpleasant face. Sinon continued to ask, "Have they been successful?" But Armegon shook his head, saying no.

A moment after, he spoke, "All the intruder teams were killed."

That one word left everyone there speechless. At first they were just dumbfounded, trying to digest his words. But in a split second, they all understood. The confused face turned into panic.

""They're all killed?!"" yell at them simultaneously.

Moment passed. Now they were all thinking about how all the members of the intruder team died. It doesn't match what they count.

"Mr Armegon," DeathNight spoke, "If not mistaken, it is not that they will be caught and thrown into the bars once they are caught infiltrating the Palace, but this one they just got killed."

Not long after DeathNight finished speaking, Sinon continued. In speaking while paying attention to the screen panel which is the intruder Party. "And the distance they died, only a few minutes passed. Were they killed in one place??" He assumed that if these intruder teams died because something happened that made them die in one place at a time from each of them before dying only a few minutes.

The message from Asgur reads, "Leader, we can't complete this mission because there are monsters." Well, that's all the content of that message. The message did not end as if there was something that made Asgur have to send the message even though he knew that he still had not finished it.

Sinon and the others then looked at each other with puzzled expressions.

"The monster?" Sinon who was still thinking, then realized. "Wait a minute, is this a no-no." DeathNight immediately continued the words Sinon wanted to say. "There's a monster in the palace?"

Armegon nodded in agreement to his answer. "That's right, from this writing alone it has been very convincing that Asgur wrote 'monster' and where it happened is the royal palace. If it was put together, then it was obvious that there was a monster inhabiting the kingdom. But herein lies the strangeness. Why try to have a monster in the palace that is not the dwelling place of monsters? Didn't anyone there notice it?"

That made the others think. Unconsciously the atmosphere there became quiet. However, the silence did not last long as someone who was there spoke up. It was Snowly.

"Excuse me, I'm sorry I got into the conversation, but I have an opinion that might help you."

Snowly's words in a positive response by Armegon. "Tell me what you want to say. It might be useful."

After getting permission, Snowly also expressed his opinion. "It is possible that the monsters that are roaming around in the palace are included from the Quest section that Lyon has. I assume that all this awkwardness has something to do with it."

"Jeez, I didn't get a second thought." Sinon was surprised when he heard that. It seemed that he was not aware of one of the goals that this Guild aimed at helping out the Quest of Lyon. Sinon immediately argued for himself. "I think it's true. Since our return from the field of battle, great changes have taken place in the kingdom, beginning with the accusation of Lyon being considered a war criminal, Lyon not coming out of the game, and after that the mysterious monster that killed all the intruder teams in the palace. If it was linked to the Lyon Quest, it would definitely be true."

The others also understood in line with Sinon's thinking. However, only Armegon still did not understand. "Wait a minute, I mean Lyon Quest, what's that about? Why do you even connect all of this to his Qeust?" Naturally he did not understand because Armegon did not know in detail about the class Quest that Lyon was running in this Kingdom.

Sinon responded with a headband and then said, "Sorry, but we can't say it further. The leader told us not to spread this matter to anyone outside the Guild, without his permission. Even in these Guilds, there were only a few people who knew for sure about this matter."

"Oh, so yeah." Inevitably Armegon could only accept the answer cheerfully, although on the other side of him, he was also curious about the Quest they meant. Well, this Quest was based on propagating so widely as if Lyon was working on something big. Actually I want to know what Quest he is actually working on. I think once he's free, I should ask him immediately ....

Meanwhile, while they were busy arguing, NPCs like Vince and Ardes who had been listening, started talking after getting a little understanding from their conversation.

"If there are monsters hiding in the palace, it means there are insiders playing behind the scenes. They wanted to trap Mr Lyon for something. Are you of the same mind, Mr Ardes?"

"Hm, that's right. But we can't do much. We are only immigrants who should not interfere too much in the affairs of the people's government. There were definitely internal problems among nobles so that such monsters could roam the palace. Although I saw the beauty emitted by this Kingdom, but I also felt the hidden ugliness. There was a foul smell that was constantly covered by something so I couldn't detect it further."

"Well, we can only see how their plans develop, and also hope that Mr. Lyon is okay there."

"Yes, I hope he's okay."

**

After talking for quite a while, they had finally come up with some conclusions as well as results.

First, they became convinced that all of these events were all related to the Quest being run by Lyon. Because it's impossible for all this weirdness to happen for no reason. So it has been decided that Lyon is still in the process of the Quest.

Second, they had decided to create a team of intruders once again, and this time was not to search for the Princess master, but rather to check on the monsters mentioned by the previous team of intruders. They wanted to find more information about the monster, ranging from its physical form, identity, rank and level, and much more that these infiltration teams had to carry.

And the third one, they would again wait, seeing that the situation around the palace had already started to improve so that they obtained an entry permit.

**

And the day passed. The next day they received news of the death from the infiltration team, just like the previous team. And the incoming message is also not so clear. It was only written that the level of monsters they encountered felt at a high level, but there were no details. Then physical form, they also fail to identify their appearance because of their appearance is so short as a shadow. This makes it difficult for the intruder team to decipher what they see until death comes to them on its own.

But, here it has been increasingly clear that the monsters that are there are deliberately left to roam which is not from the palace residents. In addition they also receive reports if the care there is very loose. If the monster was related to the kingdom, it was certain that the next day they would tighten guard or not they were the ones who came to the Guild carrying the King's warrant.

They also restarted the meeting, and this time raised the old thing, which was the king and queen who had been suspected. They began to make arguments about something about the king and queen. Some of them said that all this was their plan, some said that there were people from the palace who deliberately instigated them and controlled the monster, or no one else would even want to coup the king and queen.

But of all these opinions, they are just opinions. As long as they could not access the palace or at least meet Isabella who would be the key to all this, then they could not walk. Well, that day was just a wasted day. They could only wait for the first team of intruders to be present in two more days in the hope that they carried important information.
