S2. Trying to Remember

Members of the Abhimanyu family have gathered at the dinner table, including Vigo and his mother. They will have breakfast together.

Vigo and his mother are still in the Abhimanyu family home because Adam forbids them to return home. Adam does not want the two also kidnapped by the adoptive brother of his adoptive father.

But when they wanted to start breakfast, one of them realized something was lacking.

"Eh, wait a minute. Adam hasn't joined us yet!" exclamation Dzaky.

After that, Garry got up from his seat and walked to his sister's room on the second floor.

"Hiks... Pa, sis... Hix... Nicola. I miss you guys. I hope you guys are okay. Hang on for me, Mama and Brother Vigo. I promise I'll save you." Adam spoke while sobbing.

Without Adam knowing his brother, Garry was already in his room. And hear what he says.

Garry gently stroked Adam's hair and then kissed his sister's forehead.

"Yes already. Better now we go downstairs for breakfast. You should have breakfast, however. You didn't have dinner last night with your sister and the others. So now you have to have breakfast," said Garry.

Hearing Adam's reply made Garry smile happily. Finally, he managed to persuade his sister to take breakfast.

Adam and Garry are at the dinner table. Adam sits between Garry and Danish.

They had breakfast full of happiness. Sometimes they say funny words that make them laugh.

But not with Adam. From earlier he just kept quiet while stirring his breakfast.

Yodha who noticed her beloved granddaughter who had only been stirring her breakfast and was also a little daydreaming, felt a tightness in her chest. He wants his grandson back to the way he used to be. His ignorant grandson, his cursed grandson, his cheerful grandson and his spoiled grandson to him and to others.

Yodha who could not bear to see her grandson daydreaming and just stirring his breakfast, finally reprimanded his grandson.

"Adam. Why is breakfast just in the mix, baby?" ask Yodha.

When Adam wanted to say something, suddenly one of the servants approached them.

"I'm sorry, Mrs, sir."

"Yes. What's up, Bi?" ask Kamila.

"Outside there are two young men who are looking for young Master Adam."

Hearing the words from the waiter, they all compactly looked towards the waiter.

"Searching?" ask Adam.

"Yes, young master."

"Who?" ask Adam again.

"They didn't mention his name, young master. But they said they came from America."

Hearing the servant's words, Adam's countenance changed instantly. Adam tried to think hard.

Adam remembers who he is and his family is. Only a portion of Adam's memory returns.

Adam kept trying to remember about the two young men who came from America.

Adam cut his hair when he felt pain in his head.

"Aackhh."

Hearing the sudden moans from Adam made them all stare at Adam worriedly.

"Adam."

They all looked panicked when they heard the moans from Adam, plus Adam who was squeezing his hair.

Garry touched his sister's hand and removed it from her hair.

"Adam. Don't pull her hair" Garry said

"Sa-sick sister," cried Adam and as his tears flowed down his handsome face.

"Yes. Brother understood," said Garry softly as he stroked his sister's head gently.

Danish, Vigo, Ardi and Harsha and the others had already cried seeing Adam in pain.

"Adam. If you can't remember those two boys. You don't have to force yourself to remember it. It can hurt you" Harsha said.

"Yes. Harsha's right. So you don't have to force it to remember, okay!" Danish spoke softly while stroking Adam's hair.

Evan looked at the waiter. "Bi. Where are they now?"

"They're still out, sir!"

"Send them in, Bi!" Utari.

"Okay, Madam."

After saying that, the waiter left the dining room.
