The Girl of Rhein

The Girl of Rhein
Mixed Feeling

They had lunch together. Honestly, now in Rhine's mind there were so many things that were bothering him. She was really agitated at the thought of Hazel getting engaged to Orlaf.

She was happy to meet Hazel, but she did not expect to meet Hazel's circumstances.

"Orlaf, next week you have no campus activities, right?"

"Nothing like it next week. What's the matter, Mom?"

"Next week Mommy will invite Akira and your sister-in-law to dinner together because next Sunday Daddy you can come to dinner together. I don't know why your Daddy's on vacation here, but his mind is still on the job?"

"Daddy is, Mom. Even though the story is that he has a day off work, it's still what his office does at home."

"Om Adrian who loves his job very much huh, Auntie?"

"Yes, he's just like Orlaf's first brother. You Rhine are more relaxed in handling his work, but he remains professional."

"If Rhine were one for the women. Yeah, right, Rhine?" syndicate Orlaf.

The three of them looked towards Rhein who was daydreaming. It looks like he was even cool clanking a spoon to his dinner plate.

Keiko who saw it looked astonished at his second son.

"Rhein, what are you daydreaming about?" call her mommy, but Rhine doesn't hear her mommy calls.

"Hey, Rhine!" Orlaf threw her napkin and Rhine was surprised.

"What's up, Orlaf?"

"You why? Mommy asks you, but you're silent."

Rhine looked towards his mommy and then he looked towards Orlaf and lastly Hazel.

"I'm fine." Rhine moved from his seat.

"Where are you going, son?"

"I forgot if there was any business for a moment. Mom, I'm going first, okay?" Rhein walked towards her mommy and kissed the beautiful woman's cheek.

Hazel did not dare to follow the figure of Rhine who walked away from there. He just chose to stay in his place.

"Where is the boy going? Surely he won't come home and eventually disappears again he goes abroad."

"Surely he wants to go see one of his women here, Mom. Rhine always has."

Hazel was confused as to why in her heart there was still pain when she heard what Orlaf said, but Hazel again made herself aware that it was Rhine, Hazel. It was Rhine who indeed could not live far away from the women.

The lunch is over. Orlaf permission to go to her room for a while because she wanted to clean herself up.

Hazel helps Keiko clean the dining table. Keiko is even at home this big football field. He still likes to help with homework because he does not like to sit idly and just play orders with his maids. He would rather work to help them.

Keiko looked at Hazel who was washing dishes with a look that was not towards her plate, but instead daydreamed.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" Keiko's hand patted Hazel's shoulder.

Hazel who felt a clap of Keiko's hands turned to the beautiful woman beside her.

"What's up, Aunt Kei?"

"Why are you? What are you daydreaming about? Is there a problem on campus?"

Hazel nodded slowly. "No problem whatsoever. I just remember my house there sometimes. If only my parents were still around, they would be happy to hear that I would be engaged to her best friend's son.

Hazel didn't really think about it. He thought of Rhine.

"You take it easy, Auntie sure if they're up there looking at her daughter now here living a happy life, not suffering like she used to, she said, and Auntie's sure they know that their daughter's getting engaged to her best friend's son." Keiko pinched Hazel's nose.

"Yes, Aunt."

Hazel continued her work until it was over.

Rhine stopped at a house dominated by white. The house looks very comfortable even though the size is not too big.

Rhein smiled sweetly looking from inside from the window of her car a beautiful woman standing holding garden scissors was also looking at her with a smile.

Rhine rushes from his car, walking closer to the woman in his white dress.

Rhein who was close immediately hugged the woman warmly.

"How are you, Rhine, when are you coming?"

"It's been a few days, but I'm sorry that I just came here to see you."

"It's okay, Rhine. I know your nature."

Rhine chuckled at the woman's words.

"Nala, Akira's not home, is he?"

The woman called Nala immediately laughed. "What if Akira's home?"

"If she's home, I'm not comfortable with you."

"What do we do, Rhine?" Nala was annoyed with the man who was her sister-in-law. "We go in first, Rhine. I happen to make you your favorite sandwich because Ara wanted me to make some sandwiches to take to her work."

"I thought you felt like I was coming here."

"Of course I feel. It's worth it last night I had a nightmare, it turns out you came here." Nala laughed immediately.

Nala walked in and was followed by Rhine who was behind her.

"Don't laugh at me, Nala. I'm heartbroken."

"What?" Nala was surprised.

"I'm heartbroken. Don't be surprised like that, Nala because I don't want to joke."

Nala looked at Rhein's serious and sad face.

"I'm sorry, but you said that if you were heartbroken that I really don't believe, Rhine. A Rhine the conqueror of many broken-hearted women?"

"Of course you can, aren't you the first one to break my heart?"

"I don't feel like I broke Rhine's heart. We used to be good friends."

"But I fell in love with you, but you were secretly with Akira, and now I feel it again."

"All right, then who took my title? Do you want to tell me about that woman?"

"She's a girl and she's taken me, Nala."

"Oh .. So he's young? Eh, wait! He rejected you? Like what I did before?" Rhine shakes. "Lantas, why did you say that he rejected you?"

"He loves me, Nala, but I've hurt him."

Nala and Rhine were sitting in the dining room and Nala made Rhine's favorite drink. Nala had also memorized what her sister-in-law liked.

"You hurt her?" Nala took a serious look at the sister-in-law who was in front of her.

"Yes, I may have hurt her so much and now she's going to be with another man, and to be honest I don't want her to leave me, Nala."
