“Yes, Monas is closed. How, dong?” Tia walked up to us with her very resigned eyes. His face looked exhausted. “Means we make the video take from YouTube only, yes? Cave does not know how else,” he continued.
“Sangly. Though we have come all the way here, uh even close,” chirped Rian.
Three months ago, our history teacher gave us the task of going to a museum and taking a video or photo as proof of documentation there. Display the video in front of the class. However, what power, there are obstacles that always cancel us there.
Even including today, I saw one by one all the faces in this Group, all of them seemed to be desperate. No way we're going back tomorrow. The deadline for task collection was only 2 days away, and again we have not processed the video taken for editing. Really dizzying.
“Yes, just go ahead, yuk. Later on think again while looking around, who knows there is another museum,” said Rian trying to calm down.
I don't know, I noticed that he always tried to calm all the members who were confused and panicked, even before leaving. Tia who had been grumbling had always been calmed by him. I never thought that his nature would be like this, so considerate. It was as if he did not want any of his friends to worry.
While walking towards the exit, each of us searched for information about other museums around here. Hoping that there was still a small possibility for us to complete this troublesome task. To be honest, it's exhausting.
...----------------...
2 Days Before
In the middle of the break, Tia gathered all her group members including me.
“Woy, is this really on not being able to go with everything? Crazy, yeah. You are all crazy.” His frustration could hardly be assuaged when he knew that almost all members could not participate to complete the video task that had been given three months ago.
Initially, Tia was still able to control her emotions, she was also still trying not to cross the line of her patience. However, it seemed like he had exhausted all the stock of patience he had. No, not without reason. Since three months ago Tia has been trying to adjust our departure schedule to the museum so that all members can join and participate. However, there are still some members who always have reasons and avoid. That was what made Tia quite angry, and one of the members was Dera.
Stupidly, the reason he gave was really very annoying.
"Say my father, go to the Monas the same father," he said one day ago.
Even though I was close friends with him, it was still the most ridiculous reason that could ignite the emotions of anyone who heard it. I do not mean to corner my best friend, but who does not get angry when you always delay and adjust the time so that everyone can be present and complete the task. However, someone actually issued a silly excuse when the deadline was getting closer.
“Please, yes. If tomorrow the day after tomorrow that can only be the same cave Rani, the name is not group work. That's the work of the cave doang same Rani, credit also at least 1 - 2 people doang, the rest what? Watch your friends ngedit?” ketus Tia's.
Hearing Tia's words just now, I saw all the members seem silent. Until finally, the man patiently let out his voice.
“Gua can, Tuesday,” he said suddenly. Very strange, even though a few minutes ago he said he could not come because it was not allowed.
“Ayo gaes, follow. If the other is not megang money, then bring it to enter the museum aja,” invite him.
“Iya, I have contacted my father, he said it may be during the time I return home I have his friend at the station,” continued Aulia. “But, where are we going to the museum?” he continued to ask.
“So the cave has tasted many museums but you all can't do it. Now try all of you who would go where. Must be tapped, cave wait.” Tia left right after saying that, which was followed by me and Rajwa.
We left them all behind, and as I looked back, I found them all beginning to discuss the place to visit. Even though I didn't hear clearly.
Meanwhile, I saw from far away Rian's gaze that seemed confused. I was a little worried at the time, but I think he'll be fine.
...ΩΩΩ...
The home bell rang, indicating the time had entered at 2 pm. Tia again gathered all the members of the group, and asked the results of their discussion.
“So, where?” tanyanya brief.
“Ke Monas, Ti. On Tuesday,” Aulia said that then reciprocated a soft nod by Tia.
“Okay, gini. So the cave was already rumored for info, and most of the museum was closed at 3. If the hook later all the museums have closed right we get there, how?” Tia.
For a few minutes no one answered, everything seemed to return in confusion.
“There is a suggestion, we can take videos from YouTube. Then later we change our voice. Only, this idea is just dipake if we are already deadlocked. On agree ga?” said explained.
“Gua agrees - agree aja.” Rian nodded, which was then followed by another member's nod.
...ΩΩΩ...
“Udah on change of clothes all?” Tia had been tidying up her clothes in front of the mirror ever since coming out of the dressing room.
“Udah,” Aulia replied.
“Gua already,” after Rajwa.
“Iya, udah,” answered me.
“Shortly, little more,” says Lia.
“Kalo already leave immediately, afraid the ticket counter is closed. Cave wait in front, yes.” Tia grabbed her bag and walked first. I think he wanted to get to Rian and Arif to tell me something.
After a few minutes, Lia finally finished with her clothes. We rushed after Tia who had been waiting in front. No more pleasantries, we went straight to the station using public transport. Meanwhile, Arif and Rian go to wear a motorcycle that will later be deposited there.
After boarding the public transport, we sat in silence. Sometimes a small laugh in the silence of the passengers. Didn't know that today really happened. After a long time we adjusted and always canceled all schedules, in the end everything will be finished today. Only Dera did not participate.
I guess today Tia didn't want to ruin the mood, so she tried to laugh and run everything in a happy mood. Even though the incident two days ago was quite annoying, but I think he has tried to forget it.
Now, our only problem is the closing time of the museum ticket counter. Everyone panicked, of course. Our journey to get there can take two hours. Meanwhile, the distance of our time with the closing time of the ticket counter is only one hour. For now we can only imagine that today is a special day so that the ticket counter can be opened longer.
After a short period of time, we finally reached the station. Even when we came down, we could already see Arif and Rian waiting in front of the entrance. Rian with his worried gaze, and Arif with his flat facial expression.
“For a long time,” said Arif still with his flat face.
I stamped my train card on the machine while listening to their conversation. “Ya already, anyway. Salahin his angkot brother, lah,” replied Tia in an unpleasant tone to hear, which in that sense was a joking tone for the two of them.
Oh, the train's coming.
We rushed into the car. Fortunately, the afternoon train at the time was not very crowded by humans. The dim twilight sun also penetrated the window of the train, thus providing warmth that is not too stinging.
During the journey, Tia kept wondering with her panicked facial expression.
‘What if the museum ticket booth is closed?’
‘What if our trip is in vain?’
‘What if we are far apart using other people's videos?’
‘How...’.
‘How...’.
And so forth. I tried to calm him down, but he always asked for it almost 1 × 10 minutes until the train stopped at our destination station.
“Come down.” Tia stepped her foot out of the carriage.
We also walked outside the station. While walking, Tia focused on checking her phone. Compare the price of online car taxi on one application with another application, and look for the cheapest price of all these applications.
“This address is 'right?” askinya.
I looked carefully at the address he gave me. “Iya right it,” reply me.
“Or want to take the bus? If the bus is only Rp3,500.00/person,” said I offer, given that I have a special bus card in this city.
Hearing that, Rajwa who walked beside me also asked, “One card can make a lot of people? If you can, mah. Good too, Ti.”
“Hadeh.” Rajwa seemed to shake his head.
The card tap machine has started to be seen from a distance, we all prepare our train cards each and start to pass through the machine one by one.
Starting from Tia, Arif, Rajwa, Aulia, I, Rian, and then the last one is Lia.
Lia walked over and put her cards on top of the machine. But, baby, suddenly the cards don't work at all. I could see the look on her face that was panicking when she saw that the others had left her first.
“Can, deck?” ask the officer who suddenly came. “Cannot, sir.” Lia was constantly tapping her card on the machine, hoping that it would work soon and we could catch up with Tia who was already outside.
“Try here card.” Lia handed over her card, and the train attendant bent the train card slightly. Just like before, after bending the end of the card, the officer also put his card back on the machine. Several times the officer tried, but it did not work.
“Saldonya filled?” many ensure.
“Udah, really. It's also his card just bought," he replied with a panicked expression that he was trying to cover up.
Gawat, if it continues like this we will likely run out of time. Me and Rian then kept waiting for Lia's train card to work. Meanwhile, the others seemed to be unaware that the three of us were left inside. But how else? We can't leave him here alone.
As the officer continued to try, my eyelids were fixed on someone's silhouette, I saw that someone was back inside the station. That, Tia.
“Kok didn't come out? Gua nyariin also,” he said with a worried tone.
Rian who heard her voice turned to Tia. “Lia Card is broken, Ti. Daritadi can not get out,” replied Rian explained.
“Kalo pack my card can not, sir?” he continued, offering his card to the station attendant.
Hearing this Tia wondered, “emang can be more than one person per card?”
“Try here, I try first.” The officer was also seen taking his card, and for the umpteenth time tried to paste the card back onto the machine. Fortunately, the Rian card works well.
Finally Lia managed to get out, and the four of us immediately rushed after the others.
Waw. Thought.
At first I thought that he was only good at certain people. However, after observing him for so long, as well as on today's events, it seemed like he had always been kind and always wanted to take care of all the friends who were by his side.
Well, but if I see it, most of the women he helped in the end always carry feelings. No exception to me, I think I like it too, but it's better if I keep it. How else would you like? He's close to Dera, and I can't do much.
Tia had booked two cars online for all of us to go to the Monas Museum once out. It did not take long to wait for him, the car taxi arrived immediately. Then we split into two groups and could only sit quietly in the car while waiting to arrive at our destination.
Except Arif, he always tried to get along with the driver who was driving. Like asking him to talk and joke, fortunately the driver responded with the same thing and did not ketus.
Long time, we got there. Then Tia and we immediately walked over quickly to get inside. After entering, we did not meet the ticket counter in question. We went around looking for him, until finally Tia decided to ask the merchant who was here.
“Awhile, yes. The cave asked the same people. You all wait here, don't go anywhere, don't miss.” Tia said that while walking away from us. Meanwhile, Rian focused on documenting in video form while we were here. One to two minutes passed, and I could see from a distance Tia was walking towards us.
“Yes, Monas is closed. How, dong?” Tia walked over to us after asking with her very resigned eyes. His face looked exhausted. “Means we make the video take from YouTube only, yes? Cave does not know how else,” he continued.
“Sangly. Though we have come all the way here, uh even close,” chirped Rian.
I saw one by one all the faces in this group, all of them seemed to be desperate. There's no way we're back tomorrow. The impossible.
“Yes, just go ahead, yuk. Later on think again while looking around, who knows there is another museum,” said Rian trying to calm down.
While walking towards the exit, each of us searched for information about other museums around here. Hoping that there was still a small possibility for us to complete this troublesome task.
“Ke Perpusnas aja,” Arif proposed suddenly.
“That's the Library, where there is a museum,” said Tia who already looked frustrated, he seemed to massage his temple.
“Apaan, anyway. People have a museum, believe the same cave,” Arif trying to convince Tia. However, Tia did not press him again until she arrived at the exit door.
“Lia hurts?” suddenly asked Rian, I didn't even realize that Lia was sick.
“Izin go home first can, ga?”
“Emang can go home alone?” Tia asked.
“Let's take a car taxi until home, a cave that pays for itself,” explained Lia.
After hearing that Tia said yes, we waited for Lia until she got into her car taxi.
“Kalo until home kabarin cave, yes.” The car finally left. Then we thought about which museum we would visit. Tia looks back looking for info on her phone.
“Mau to Old Town aja?” Tia.
“Apaan, anyway. The Perpusnas aja. That's live deket nyebrang.” Once again Arif tries to convince Tia that we can find something in the National Library.
“There really is a museum, isn't there? Later lu boong again.” chirps Rajwa looks unsure.
“Et, really. The cavemen have been there too. Come on what.” Arif walked ahead of us.
Unsure of what he said, I turned to Tia, making us look at each other for a moment. Then, Tia sighed deeply.
“Try to follow first, yuk. Who knows for real,” said Rian, making our attention diverted to him.
Once again, Tia let out her breath. “OK, come.”
Tia walked after Arif who was far ahead, then followed by all of us. Fortunately, not too far from where we were, just staying across the road, and we arrived at the place that Arif meant.
I could see Arif waiting for us in front of the entrance from a distance. It really runs as fast as lightning.
Meanwhile, Tia approached Arif with a gasp of breath. “Lu if the road do not be spit, cake,” he said.
“Lu old, let's go in,” reply. He wanted to walk in and leave us again. However, Tia's voice intercepted him.
“Wait for why, anyway. That's a ticket, ga?!” he said with a deep breath.
Arif looked over with a lazy look. “Again, et. Long ago you,” answered again.
Tia and the others then went back to following Arif's steps first. Meanwhile, me and Via walked in with slow steps. At first I didn't expect much from this place. However, after entering it, I can see a small museum that is quite organized.
My consciousness seemed to be hypnotized, while my eyeballs focused around this place. It's quite. I mean, this place is more than enough to fulfill our duties. A small museum with all its history and explanations, this is what we were looking for. Although a little, but at least enough for the duration of our video.
I'm grateful that Arif was put in our group. It really helps. It was only fitting that from now on he only showed his flat face when we were in a panic.
Very lovely. Fortunately, we no longer need to worry about this task.
I also walked after the others. Before my eyes finally fell on one person from then on always walking behind me.
Yeah, that's Rian. I saw him who was focused on taking a video picture while the others were free to surround here and there. I felt sorry for him, it was a lie that he didn't feel tired after recording everything from the start.
That guy, it's like that, huh?
Always putting others before her?
