“Mother.”
Xueqi hugged Feng Xuer tightly as she naturally missed her mother-in-law. He shed his tears as he remembered about Ren Yuu who had no more news that was unknown whether he was still alive or not.
“Xueqi?” Feng Xuer smiled gently and hugged his daughter-in-law. He was very familiar with Xueqi. Although Keifka on the planet Desolate he often comatose, at certain times he will be conscious and often talk to him.
Meanwhile, Hao Yue looked at Feng Xuer with a complicated gaze. He certainly knew him because he had seen Feng Xuer in Ren Yuu's memories when he was still in soul form.
Ren Douzi, Chi Youyu was speechless on the spot for not knowing what Ren Yuu looked like. The two did not know that Ren Yuu was also in the city of Asyura.
Feng Jiu Er on the other hand went straight to her daughter. He shed his tears as he was unable to hold back his emotions. Feng Xuer was his only daughter and had always suffered because of the Feng clan in the past. Even his condition was always unstable which made Feng Jiu Er feel heartache.
“Xuer.” Feng Jiu Er called out to her daughter in a very raucous tone.
Hearing his mother's voice, Feng Xuer stiffened even a little. He stared at his mother with a gentle smile as he continued to hug Xueqi who was still crying.
“Mother.. how are you?” Feng Xuer asked then looked at Feng Luo who had only been silent since they did have a bad relationship as father and son. But he had forgotten all about it, when he saw his son come looking for him, he knew that family was very important. As Feng Luo's daughter, she must try to forgive her father's mistakes.
“Good that dad is fine.” Feng Xuer told his father.
Feng Luo stiffened on the spot. He clenched his hands tightly then nodded while shedding his tears. He knew that his daughter had forgiven him.
“Grandmother!” Yu Ling Er immediately hugged Feng Xuer from behind. It appeared out of nowhere.
“You.” Feng Xuer was stunned to see Yu Ling Er. He did not recognize her too much because he only often played with Yu Ling Er when he was a child.
Yu Ling Er with an enthusiastic face spoke after releasing her embrace. “This is my grandmother, Ling Er.” Exclaims.
“Ling Er?” Feng Xuer was surprised to see the cute girl of old had grown into a woman who anyone knew she was a tomboy just by her behavior and the way she dressed. “You've grown big Ling Er.”
Yu Ling Er smiled widely and displayed her teeth. But her smile faded in an instant and her eyes glazed over, “Grandmother.. Master.” He could not continue his words. He always believed that his Master was still alive today. He had always wanted to go to look for his Master but was not allowed by Hao Yue.
Even all of Ren Yuu's wives were like that including Ren Yuu's grandfather and grandmother. Yet Hao Yue forbade all of them firmly. He also believed that his disciple was still alive, but he decided to wait because of the presence of Ren Zi, Ren Xiu and Ren Xie'er.
Feng Xuer confusedly looked at the grieving Yu Ling Er.
Meanwhile, Ren Yui and Ren Xiu were just staring at the spot looking at the reactions of all of them. Both of them immediately speculated who Feng Xuer really was.
Even for Ren Yuu's other wife was also silent on the spot because she did not know how to get away.
But, Cai'Zi on the other hand who already knew Feng Xuer well shed his tears. He slowly walked over to Feng Xuer, one of the figures who saved him from solitude when he was a child.
“Mother.”
“Zi small.” Feng Xuer was not able to hold back his emotions because of course he considered Cai'Zi like his own biological daughter. He was the one who raised Cai'Zi.
The crying Cai'Zi immediately hugged Feng Xuer as well. He cried so hard because he finally met his mother who he loved so much as Ren Yuu.
Everyone there was speechless because of course they knew how Feng Xuer was related to Cai'Zi.
Zhu Zhuyan who was close to them also understood why Feng Xuer wanted to come to Ren's residence. He looked towards Hao Yue then gestured to speak later. He disappeared from the place after Hao Yue who understood gave a small nod.
A heartwarming reunion takes place inside Ren's residence. All of Ren Yuu's other wives immediately greeted Feng Xuer including Ren Huanran.
When she saw Ren Huanran and heard his name, she was very surprised because her husband had always been looking for the whereabouts of Ren Huanran. However, when looking at Ren Xiu, Feng Xuer was speechless as he was naturally aware that Ren Xiu was Ren Yuu's son with Ren Huanran.
And when Ren Yui introduced herself, Feng Xuer grew even more astonished as the legendary Beast Race became the adopted daughter of her son and daughter. Now he understood why Ren Yuu and Cai'Zi crossed the line as brothers.
After that, Feng Xuer looked towards Ren Xiu who was only silent because it was his nature that did not like to talk if not invited to chat.
“Who is your grandmother!” Ren Huanran also pulled on Ren Xiu's ear because he was silent.
Ren Xiu twitched as he saw his mother's attitude that way. He awkwardly greeted Feng Xuer.
“You are very similar to your grandfather.” said Feng Xuer stroked Ren Xiu's cheek because indeed his grandson took many features of Ren Douzi except for his nature.
Ren Doushi and Chi Youyu gave a small nod and felt a little bitter because their current son was gone. But they did not know that their son was still alive. Neither of them said anything. When Ren Shia was born, the two of them were unwilling to make the same mistakes as in the past.
“Really?” Ren Xiu's question looked towards his great-grandfather, Ren Doushi.
“Yes, you look like me, there's no way you don't look like your grandfather.” Ren Doushi nodded small.
“If only Ren Zi and Ren Xie'er were here, they would be happy to meet you, mother.” said Xueqi who had calmed herself down.
Without even asking, Feng Xuer knew that the two were his grandchildren as well. He smiled a little because it turned out his son was not useless to have many wives and already have offspring.
Feng Xuer's gaze turned to Hao Yue. Without him asking, considering that Hao Yue was the strongest, he knew that he was his son's Master.
Feng Xuer walked up to Hao Yue and hugged him. He also spoke a few words that made Hao Yue feel even sadder. “You must be Master Yuu'er, she always tells about you and how you met, you are a mother figure to her. Thank you for guiding Yuu'er all this time.”
After saying that, Feng Xuer released his embrace. But he was at a loss as to why Hao Yue looked sad at this moment.
“It's about Yue'er. she has.” Hao Yue wanted to say about Ren Yuu's disappearance.
“Yuu'er? He was currently in the Asura Road as well. We came to the Asura Road together but apart.” said Feng Xuer who made everything there stiffen on the spot.
